Welcome to the Bodhi Soul Guided Meditation Sessions.

This guided visualization meditation is intended to help you release stress and foster a deep sense of calm,

Ultimately helping you flow through life's ups and downs with more ease.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

One where you're alert yet relaxed,

And when you're ready,

Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.

Allow yourself to settle in and begin to let go of everything that happened in your day.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

And out through your mouth.

Again,

Slowly in through your nose,

Filling up your belly with air,

And gently out through your mouth,

Feeling your belly relax.

Inhale,

Rising and expanding,

Exhale,

Releasing and relaxing.

As you continue with this slow,

Deep breath,

I want you to visualize a gentle wave.

Let that wave get bigger as you breathe in,

And then fall as you breathe out.

Making that wave a little bigger now.

Take another slow,

Deep breath in through your nose,

Letting the wave get bigger,

And then breathing out,

Let it crash back into the ocean.

Now allow your breath to come back to its natural rhythm,

And continue to let the wave ebb and flow in your mind's eye.

The waves may be small or big,

Just follow your breath and visualize the ebb and flow as you cultivate this deep sense of calm.

As you inhale,

The wave rises and expands,

And as you exhale,

The wave releases.

Now start to bring your awareness back to your body,

Back to the space around you,

Inviting gentle movement by wiggling your fingers and your toes.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Namaste.
