Thank you for joining me for this meditation.

My name is Jennifer Marr.

I am a Soulful Prosperity coach.

And this is a meditation to help us get into a space and a place where expansion comes easily and is our default reaction.

Let's start by getting comfortable in our seats.

For this meditation,

I'd like you to place your feet firmly on the ground,

Feeling the earth beneath you.

If you need to lie down,

You can just envision maybe the roots coming up from underneath you and begin to gently roll your shoulders back,

Just inviting space into your body.

Maybe shift your neck left and to the right and just move around,

Bring some space into your body wherever you feel it's needed.

Now bring attention to your breath,

Inhaling deeply through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely,

And then exhaling slowly through your mouth,

Releasing all tension.

With each breath,

Imagine drawing strength from the earth,

Grounding yourself in the present moment.

Inhaling deeply through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely,

And exhaling slowly through your mouth,

Releasing all tension.

And let's do that for two more breaths.

As we continue to breathe deeply,

Let's shift our focus to gratitude.

I want you to think of three things you are grateful for today.

It could be as simple as the air in your lungs,

Or as significant as an interaction with a loved one.

And allow this feeling of gratitude to permeate your being,

Lighting you up from the inside and the emotions that are associated with this gratitude to fill your entire body.

You can also use a memory of something that you are very grateful for and tap into the memory of those emotions.

With each breath,

We are allowing these beautiful emotions to permeate your being.

Just continue breathing.

Now with our hearts full of gratitude,

Begin to visualize the best version of yourself,

The person of your dreams,

A version of you that has weathered storms,

Faced challenges head on,

And emerged even stronger.

Imagining yourself standing tall,

Your roots going deep into the ground,

Flourishing,

Even because of the winds of adversity.

You're strong,

Envisioning yourself like a beautiful tree in a beautiful storm,

Standing strong with your roots deep into the earth.

With this vision,

Your beautiful,

Strong self deeply rooted into the earth,

Into the earth,

The winds of adversity blowing around,

Standing strong.

Continue with your deep breathing,

Inhaling positivity and expansion,

And exhaling any doubts or fears.

Inhaling gratitude and growth,

Exhaling limiting beliefs and anxiety.

With each breath,

Visualize yourself yourself expanding beyond your current boundaries,

Embracing new opportunities and growth.

Visualize achieving a significant milestone.

Embrace the emotions of this achievement.

Envision your emotions.

How do you feel now that this goal or milestone has been achieved?

Where are you?

Who are you with?

Where are you?

Who are you with?

How do you celebrate?

How do you feel?

Embody these emotions of this achievement,

Affirming your capacity for expansion.

You are powerful.

Affirming every day I am open to new growth.

I move towards my limitless potential with ease.

With each breath,

I create space.

With each breath,

I allow the release of anything that no longer serves me.

Begin to picture a seed at your heart center,

Representing your capacity for expansion.

With every breath,

Imagine this seed sprouting,

Growing,

And reaching up towards the light,

Feeling its roots deepening and anchoring you in strength,

Expanding you,

Increasing your flexibility.

Just hold on to this image,

Knowing the seed of expansion is within you,

Always ready to grow.

In each breath,

You are watering your seed of expansion.
