Chelsea wakes up with a smile on her face and a sense of calm in her body (almost) every morning. Believe her, this was not always the case. After a decade in PR & Marketing across tech and fashion, she found herself overstressed and overworked. In search of something more, Chelsea developed a personal meditation practice and began reading every book she could find to open her eyes to a new way of living. Incorporating a daily yoga asana practice was the final piece of the puzzle that helped her realize it was time for a complete change. She earned her 200h (and then 300h) Vinyasa Certification and has been guiding others through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness since. Chelsea teaches in a relatable style, meeting her students where they’re at so that everyone can walk away feeling better than when they arrived. In mindfulness, meditations, and ceremonies, she focuses on the why behind every activity, knowing that when meaning is assigned to an action, it carries a greater result. In her yoga classes, she places a strong emphasis on correct form and focus on the breath, helping others to embody the practice and tune into the present moment.
