Having lived through an abusive childhood, brain surgery that left her visually impaired, death of family members, and fertility issues, she was in an extremely dark place that she felt there was no escape from. It was the only thing that truly helped her make lasting changes. Since then, she has used her new understanding of the science of behavioural change to help others move past stress, anxiety, and negative habits, and achieve goals they were almost ready to give up on.
