We begin with some grounding breathwork, and move into a visualisation practice taking us on a journey through space. This is deeply relaxing, and encourages us to let go of our ego and attachment. This will help us to relax during stressful times and sleep deeply.

Hi,

My name is Peter,

And today I'm here to guide you through a journey through space.

We'll begin by finding our comfortable seat,

And allowing your body to become heavy.

Notice any parts of your body that are holding tension that doesn't serve you in this moment.

Your hands,

Your belly,

Your jaw,

Your forehead.

Now bring your awareness to your breath.

Finally breathing into your chest and shoulders.

Is each inhale deep or is it shallow?

Now bring your awareness to every part of your body that is in contact with the earth.

And on your next inhale,

Visualize that you are drawing strength from the earth all the way into your body and up your spine,

Allowing you to sit taller and stronger.

And as you exhale,

Soften all of the parts of your body that don't serve a purpose in this moment,

Your hands,

Your belly,

Your jaw.

And take another deep breath all the way into your belly.

Feel your belly button expand away from your spine,

Followed by your lower ribs and your chest.

And continue to visualize and watch your breath as you exhale slowly out the tip of your nostrils.

With every breath,

Notice as your body surrenders and softens a little more.

Now as you sit there,

Bring your awareness to the heaviness of your limbs.

Bring your awareness to the rise and the fall of your belly.

As you exhale,

As you inhale,

Feel the contraction and the expansion of every breath.

And now send your gaze to the place between your eyebrows.

Notice the darkness that resides there.

Now begin to notice and observe as this darkness expands further and further away.

And you begin to see small specks of light all around.

And you realize that these are the stars of the night that surround you.

And you are among them in the infinite sky.

When the stars,

They begin to sing to you,

A welcoming song.

And you are warm,

You are light.

You are home,

And you are safe.

And realize that all of the materialistic things and the role that you play in your physical body no longer matter.

They no longer serve you.

And as you inhale and exhale,

You notice that everything around you is no longer visible with your eyes.

And you no longer hear with your ears.

And all that surrounds you is a form of vibration,

Energy.

And it feels so familiar.

And you realize that you yourself are a form of vibration.

And that you and the stars,

The moon and the sun are united.

And you are one.

Universe.

Begin to breathe.

Begin to bring your awareness back to your body and back to your breath.

Follow your breath with your mind as you inhale through the nose,

Down the back of the throat and all the way down into your lungs.

Watch your belly expand in your lower ribs and your chest.

Continue to follow your breath as you exhale slowly.

Begin to invite some movement into your fingers and your toes.

Keep your gaze soft and low.

As you inhale,

Bring your shoulders up to your ears.

Now exhale with a sigh and let it all go.

Rub your hands together in front of your heart,

Creating warmth and friction.

Place your hands over your eyes and use your fingertips to drag gently down the sides of your cheeks.

If your eyes are closed,

Open them gently,

Softly and have a look around as if you're seeing everything for the first time.

Thank you for sharing your time with me from my heart to yours.

Namaste.
