Explore MeditationPaulina Drutel is a yoga teacher with over 20 years of personal practice and around 10 years of teaching experience. She teaches Ashtanga, Yin, gentle Hatha and mindful Vinyasa, with a strong focus on breath and conscious movement. Her main formal training is a 500-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training at Tattvaa Yoga in Rishikesh, India, alongside several other teacher trainings and many informal periods of study, workshops, retreats, and long-term practice with different teachers. Much of her learning happened in India, where she was deeply influenced by the simplicity of ashram life and traditional practice. Paulina practices yoga and meditation every day and sees them as tools for navigating everyday life with more presence and kindness. She believes in the quiet healing power of breath and weaves breath awareness throughout her teaching. Her classes are gentle, grounding, and accessible, but she also offers stronger practices for those who enjoy being challenged. She always offers options so students can adapt the practice to their own bodies and needs. She holds diplomas in nutrition and ethnolinguistics, is curious about people, culture, and the mind, and continues to learn through ongoing study, travel, and practice.
