In this video, we explore three core mindful attitudes and how they can be practiced intentionally in everyday life. You’ll learn about Beginner’s Mind — approaching experience with openness and curiosity rather than assumptions, Acceptance — allowing reality to be as it is instead of resisting it, and Non-striving — stepping out of constant doing and reconnecting with simply being. Throughout the practice, we reflect on how these attitudes shape the way we relate to thoughts, emotions, challenges, and ourselves. This is an invitation to move from automatic reactions toward a more conscious and grounded way of living.
