Welcome you to this energy boosting meditation.
Taking some time,
If you haven't already,
To find a comfortable position,
Posture.
One that gives you a sense of being present,
Connected,
Open to receiving energy.
If the eyes haven't been closed yet,
Gentle suggestion to do so now.
Taking some time to notice how you're feeling in this moment.
How's the energy in the body,
In the mind?
How's the energy in the heart?
Inviting you now to begin taking deeper breaths in and out.
If possible,
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Perhaps even making a sound on that exhale.
With the in-breath expanding down the neck,
The chest,
The back,
The belly,
Filling the lungs up with oxygen,
With energy.
And as you exhale,
Pushing up from the core,
From the center,
Releasing the waste,
The toxins,
The byproducts,
The negativity.
Continuing to breathe in energy,
To breathe out what's not needed anymore.
When the mind or if the mind wanders,
Noticing that,
Breathing with the mind,
And then bringing the mind back to those inhales and exhales.
You can choose to add strength and energy to the breathing or you can soften,
Relax,
Slow down.
My only ask is that you really focus on taking in energy,
Sustenance,
Nourishment,
Healing.
Whatever you need.
And to really focus on letting go,
Releasing,
Eliminating toxins,
Worries,
Whatever's not needed anymore.

Checking in with how you're feeling in the body,
In the mind,
Inviting you to take this energy into the rest of the day.
