I invite you to take in a deep,

Slow breath as we enter this empowerment EFT session for abundance and prosperity.

I invite you to place your hand on your chest,

Gently rubbing your chest.

And notice if you're feeling stressed or tensioned today.

I want you to measure that stress from 0 to 10.

This will help you tune in and become aware if this technique helped you and how well and effective it worked.

Now if you're holding physical pain or tension,

I want you to measure that as well from 0 to 10.

And now as you rub your chest,

Verbalize,

Use your voice.

As I guide you through these affirmations,

We're going to begin with the affirmations to soothe you and calm you.

And then infuse empowerment affirmations to expand and empower you to invite more abundance and prosperity into your life.

Even though sometimes I feel stressed and anxious and I get symptoms,

I truly love and accept myself.

Even though life sometimes gets stressful,

I truly love and accept myself.

Even though sometimes I may feel a little bit overwhelmed,

I truly love and accept myself.

Even though I really want to bring in more money,

But sometimes I get stressed,

I truly love and accept myself.

Even though sometimes I may have limits and fears,

I truly love and accept myself.

Now I invite you to tap your hands like a karate chop.

However you tap your hands is perfect,

But it's the side of the hand with your opposite hand and set an intention to release anything that doesn't serve you as you expand abundance and prosperity into your life.

Now we're going to begin tapping at the top of the head.

Even though sometimes I feel stressed and anxious,

I truly love and accept myself.

Even though sometimes I get overwhelmed and stressed,

I truly love and accept myself.

Even though sometimes I sabotage and resist the things I want,

I truly love and accept myself.

Even though sometimes my big dreams are scary,

I truly love and accept myself.

Even though life can get overwhelming sometimes,

I truly love and accept myself.

Even though some days I may have symptoms of stress,

I truly love and accept myself.

Continuing to tap at the top of the head.

Now we're going to infuse some empowering affirmations.

If at any point you feel like a particular affirmation triggered you,

I invite you to stay in that spot and continue that phrase before you continue the meditation.

This will help you target that specific cranial nerve that you are tapping over and also the feelings and beliefs connected to your limits and fears regarding that statement.

And I'll give you an example.

One of my biggest challenges was believing that I was good enough and worthy enough of teaching everything that I have learned as I've healed through my trauma.

So whenever I would get to an affirmation about worth or being good enough,

I would feel symptoms in my eyes impacting all the cranial nerves of my eyes.

So I usually focus on tapping in those points much longer than anywhere else in the body.

And you will notice this during this EMT empowerment session.

Continuing to tap at the top of the head,

We're going to go through all the empowering affirmations.

I am a high profit earner.

I am worthy of making money.

I feel worthy of making money.

I see how worthy I am.

My independence is my gift.

My life is shifting and I accept the change.

I feel worthy of a high income.

I feel amazing when I take aligned action.

Moving down to the side eye,

The outer parts of the bones around your eyes.

I am a high profit earner.

I am worthy of making money.

I feel worthy of making money.

But now swiping and tapping both the part of your eye under your eye towards your nose,

And then swiping to the outer part of your eye closer to your cheekbone.

We're gonna go through the sequence of affirmations one more time and then reassess.

Making circles with each hand and your crown.

Taking three deep,

Slow breaths.

Inhale deeply,

Hold briefly,

Exhale slowly.

Exhale slowly.

One more time.

Inhale deeply,

Hold briefly,

Exhale slowly.

Now it's time to reassess.

From zero to 10,

Where is your stress?

Did it decrease?

And now from zero to 10,

Where is your stress and physical pain?

And if you noticed any emotions before you started the sequence,

Have those decreased?

If you recognize that there has been any decrease,

Even if it's slight,

The technique worked for you.

But if it's still above a two,

I do suggest repeating the sequence until you get to your stress levels down to a one or a two before resuming a normal activity or going into an activity that you know is stressful.

This will optimize your state of mind and relax your body so that you are at optimal states to take aligned action.
