Yoga has served as a vehicle for healing many times in my life. The power of this tool and the transformations it’s brought to my life, lead me down the path of becoming a yoga teacher. I completed my 250 HR training in October of 2023 and am excited to offer yoga classes for elders, persons with movement limitations, and women. Combined with my background in Neuroscience, I bring a deep understanding of the nervous system and how this transformative practice can help to restore our body's response centers. In my classes, you can expect a safe space where everyone can feel free to explore yoga. Come meet me on the mat!
