Just for you.

If you've been experiencing stress,

Loneliness,

Anxiety,

Anger,

Fears,

Scarcity,

Confusion,

A lack of motivation,

Feeling fed up with work,

Fed up with your own mind and emotion,

Fed up with other people,

Perhaps even joyous,

Loving,

Peaceful.

Whatsoever you feel is a-okay,

We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust in the unfolding of our day,

In the unfolding of our moment to moment,

In the unfolding of our life.

It's not always easy to trust,

But nevertheless we try,

We practice.

It's not always easy to be aware,

To be present,

But nevertheless we try,

We practice.

So grateful that you would join me today.

Getting settled in your spot,

My friend,

Becoming aware of your surroundings,

The colors,

The textures,

The temperature.

Noticing new details about the space that surrounds you.

And you can close the eyes to the music.

Toothing deeper into your inner space.

Noticing the little details of your inner world in this moment.

Despite past mistakes,

Flaws,

Setbacks,

Coming back to love,

Taking a deep breath.

The color for today is turquoise.

The number is eight and the animal is a willy mammoth.
