But with consciousness,
It's very easy to see why being gentle and patient is such a nourishment.

Just to come back to our center,
Just to come back home to our awareness.
Just to delight in going inwards.
That being said,
My friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of your posture,
You're safe to close the eyes.
Tuning deeper inside.
Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside.
Relaxing the spine.
Relaxing the belly,
The face,
The hands and feet.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhale,
Old life,
Old energy.
Past is past.
Breathing in this moment.
And exhale with awareness.
Breathing into the belly.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
And exhale,
Understanding.
Breathing in patience.
Feeling yourself blessed as you breathe in.
Feeling blessings surrounding you in your space.
And the unfolding of your life as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathing in.
Breathing in love.
And exhale,
Opening,
Softening,
Letting go.
Coming back to trust that you're protected.
Now is the time to let your mind think and roam.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose.
Holding that breath at the top.
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Way to stay with it,

I want you to imagine that your spine is like a hollow bamboo.
Strong.
I want you to breathe up the spine,
Up this hollow bamboo.
As if your awareness has fallen into the back of the body.
As you breathe up the spine.

Feeling yourself spacious.
Becoming aware of your awareness.

And see how that can support spacious awareness,
Openness,
Consciousness.
