Back with another music meditation.

If you've been experiencing stress,

Overwhelm,

Fear,

Worries,

Boredom,

Perhaps even joyfulness,

Peace,

Love,

Trust,

There's somewhere in between.

And that millions if not billions of people around the world can relate to the same struggles,

Same stress,

Same type of worry.

We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust and the unfolding of life.

Come back to our awareness of something precious inside already here.

Come back to gentleness and strength.

Exhale,

Expanding compassion,

Deepening compassion inside.

As you tune into your awareness,

Which knows no drifting,

Softening the palms of your hands,

Softening the feet,

Feeling a warm light move up the spine.

Taking a deep breath in.

Holding that breath at the top.

Becoming aware of awareness as you hold the breath at the top.

That breath at the top,

Relaxing as you hold the breath,

Feeling your presence.

And exhale.

Way to stay with me,

My friend.

So happy you're joining me today.

Exhale,

Relaxing the belly.

Opening the heart space and the center of your body,

Not just in the chest.

And back to trust,

Coming back to love,

Coming back to awareness.
