If you've been feeling in pain today,

Experiencing negativity,

Loneliness,

Anger,

Frustration,

Fear,

Worries,

Setback,

A lack of motivation,

A lack of clarity,

Inspiration,

Feeling scarcity,

Feeling like nobody cares,

Feeling misunderstood or perhaps even joyful,

Loving,

Peaceful,

Plentiful.

Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.

We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust in the unfolding of life.

It's not always easy to trust life,

But nevertheless,

We try,

We practice,

Reminding you and myself that trust is not a weakness,

But a superpower.

That being said,

My friend,

Getting comfortable,

Becoming aware of how you're sad,

Bringing more awareness to your posture,

To your body,

Witnessing and welcoming the body and all its sensations,

Emotion,

Thoughts,

Embracing all that's inside.

Feet,

Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you as you breathe in and exhale,

Letting go of worries,

And exhale,

Faith in others,

And exhale,

Letting go of meanness,

Letting go of the inner critic,

The inner conflict,

As you breathe in harmonious energy,

And exhale,

Letting go of disappointment,

And exhale,

Letting go of scarcity,

Doing good,

My friend.

Stay with me,

Aware of your posture as you breathe in,

And exhale with awareness,

Relaxing the face,

Opening the heart,

Breathing in forgiveness for past mistakes,

And exhale,

Letting go of past,

Coming back into this moment as you breathe in,

And breathe out,

Softening,

Letting go,

Feeling more rooted,

More grounded as you breathe in.

Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.

Softening the belly,

Relaxing the face,

Opening the heart.

This is something I can struggle with going through life,

Noticing all these things that could be better,

Could be improved upon,

And the tendency is to complain about them,

And it doesn't really help the situation.

It's very easy to point out problems,

Not so easy to point out solutions,

So shifting our consciousness from being aware of problems and directing it over to solutions,

And that way we're not complaining,

We're feeling empowered,

We're feeling inspired because we're looking at a solution instead of what's going wrong.

And with that,
