You Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Nooooooo!
You Welcome my friends,
You're tuned in to OMHAIKU.
I'm your host Mahmoud,
Back with another music meditation just as you relax,
Let go of stress,
Anxieties,
Anger,
Frustrations,
Loneliness,
Boredom,
Shame,
Whatsoever's inside.
It's A-OK.
We're going to take some deep breaths,
See if we can come back to faith in the unfolding of our day,
Unfolding of our moment to moment.
Coming back to trust,
Sense of calm.
That being said by Frank,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
You can lie down and sit up,
Close the eyes or leave them open,
Whatever you like,
Whatever's most natural.
Starting to become aware of how you feel in this moment.
Witnessing and welcoming the mind,
The emotions,
The mood,
The energy levels,
The sensations in the body like old friends.
Embracing all that you observe.
Relaxing the shoulders.
Relaxing the hands and feet.
Relaxing the stomach.
So you take a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhale.
Relaxing the jaw.
Relaxing the eyes as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Letting go of stress.
Breathing in trust.
And exhale.
Letting go of anger.
Letting go of shame.
Breathing in compassion.
And access understanding,
Patience,
Forgiveness.
Breathing in love.
And exhale,
Deepening love,
Dissolving fear,
Worries about the future,
Depression about the past.
Coming into this moment as you breathe in.
Yeah,
Breathe out.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Doing good,
My friends.
Stay with me.
Aware of your posture as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Softening the body.
And back in the trust.
And back in the faith in yourself.
Faith in the unfolding of life.
Faith in the significance of being alive.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Letting go of all the air in your lungs.
Empty out all the breath,
Just be empty.
Taking a deep inhale through the nose.
And hold,
Becoming aware of your presence as you hold that breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Way to stay with it,
My friend.
Happy that you are joining me today.
Thankful despite the challenges,
Overwhelm,
Anxieties.
Confusion.
Anything that you may be struggling with,
I want you to remember that.
You're not alone and that millions of people around the world can relate in some way.
Maybe not to the exact same circumstance that you're passing through,
But to the anxiety,
To the confusion,
To the self-doubt,
To feelings of shame,
Being not enough.
These are very relatable.
Nevertheless,
We're here taking deep breaths,
Taking care of ourselves,
Taking care of the mind.
Didn't give you the heart space.
Back into love for yourself as you breathe in.
Breathe out.
Love for life,
Love for other people as you breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Softening the chest,
Relaxing the belly as you breathe in.
And breathe out,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes.
Allowing the breath to be natural,
Allowing the mind to be totally free.
If you've been wanting to think,
Now is the time.
To think.
You And letting go of thoughts.
And back into the body,
Coming back into this moment as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Bathing app.
In here.
Exit.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Breathing it out.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
Aware of your surroundings,
Aware of how you feel,
Aware of your awareness.
Your liveness.
Take in one last deep breath for now.
Exhale.
The color for today is black.
The number.
It's 900.
And the animal is a polar bear.
I thank you for joining me,
My dear friend.
Across time and space,
I'm sending you a big hug,
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Relaxation.
Calmness,
Consciousness,
Having the awareness to stay calm.
Even when life gets overwhelming,
Especially when life gets overwhelming,
We practice meditation so that we can stay calm in those moments,
Those exact moments that normally push us beyond our edge,
Beyond our window of tolerance.
And when we are pushed beyond our window of tolerance and we break down,
That's really when we're breaking through something,
A transformation.
Passing through a really real change.
So it's being able to stay calm in that.
And if we're not able to do that,
Just acknowledging it and saying,
Okay,
I'm,
I'm aspiring for this calmness that I wasn't able to maintain.
So just try again.
And you see in the situation where you lost your cool,
Where you lost composure and you take notice of it and say,
Okay,
I see what happened there.
I'm not going to beat myself up about it.
It's a new moment,
New opportunity to be present,
New opportunity to choose love over fear,
New opportunity to take care of ourselves,
To be kind.
We don't have to just make a story that we're always this way and it's always going to be this way.
We can actually change,
We can actually transform.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
