Back with another music meditation.
Just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Come back to our center of awareness,
To our presence,
To our aliveness.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Lonely,
Restless,
Or perhaps even joyful,
Loving,
Peaceful,
Or somewhere in between.
Know that you're not alone,
That millions if not billions of people around the world can relate to the same struggle,
Anxiety,
Hopes.
That being said,
Getting comfortable my friend,
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can lie down or sit up,
Close the eyes or leave them open,
Whatever you like.
Beginning to witness and welcome your thoughts,
The sensations inside,
The mood,
The climate,
The energy,
All is welcome as it is.
The hands and feet relaxing the face as you breathe in new life,
New energy.
Breathing into the heart space,
I want you to visualize space filling into the body,
Pure space,
Breathing space into the body.
And exhale,
Expanding that space.
And holding that breath at the top.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Taking a deep breath in,
Holding the breath at the top,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow the mind total freedom to think.
Feeling your lower body rooted like a tree.
Feeling grounded,
Centered as you breathe into the whole body.
And exhale,
Relaxing the whole body.
I have to tell you,
Becoming aware of awareness as you take a deep breath.
The color for today is beige.
The number is a hyena.

Having the consciousness to continue healing from old wounds that persist.

With awareness,
With our non-judgmental ability to hold ourselves in a compassionate way when we're struggling.
When we are passing through some emotion.
To be able to look upon that with more love and to heal it and go beyond it.
