Welcome my friend,
You're tuned in to Ong Haiku,
I'm your host Maamu,
Back with another music meditation,
Just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just for you.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Overwhelmed,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Insecure,
Unmotivated,
Feeling misunderstood,
Overlooked,
Undervalued,
Confused,
Or perhaps even joyful,
Loving,
Peaceful,
Or somewhere in between,
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can let go of some of our pain,
And come back to faith in the unfolding of our day.
That being said my friend,
Getting comfortable,
You can lie down if you like,
Or sit up straight,
Becoming aware of your body,
Aware of your posture,
You're safe to close the eyes,
Looking inside,
Witnessing and welcoming yourself as you are.
Taking a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out.
Inhaling new life,
New energy,
And exhale old life,
Old energy.
Breathing into the belly,
And exhale relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
Dropping the shoulders away from the ears,
Relaxing the hands and feet as you breathe in,
And breathe out,
Inhaling love for yourself,
Exhale letting go of self-hate,
Letting go of shame,
Guilt,
And frustrations over past mistakes,
The past is past,
It's a new day,
New opportunities to create,
To love,
To heal,
To overcome.
Breathing in faith in yourself,
And exhale faith in others,
Breathing in harmonious energy,
And exhale letting go of the inner criticism,
Breathing in compassion,
And exhale letting go of anger,
Letting go of disappointments,
Coming back into gratitude for what's here,
What's now,
As you breathe in,
And breathe out.
Breathing into the belly,
Feeling the breath drop down from the chest all the way to the bottom of the stomach,
Opening the heart,
Feeling your heart more receptive,
More open.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
Taking a deep breath in,
Holding that breath at the top,
And exhale letting go.
Taking a deep breath in,
Holding that breath,
Becoming aware of your presence as you hold the breath,
And exhale letting go.
Taking a deep breath in,
Way to stay with it my friend,
So happy you would join me today Across time and space,
Keep going,
Keep believing in yourself,
Believing in your true self,
As you take a deep breath in,
Coming back to trust as you breathe in.
The color for today,

Wishing an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
And consciousness,
Being aware of your awareness,
Feeling your presence,
The aliveness of it,
The sensitivity of it,
To actually let go of the thinking process,
Projecting into the future,
Imagining what's going to happen or not happen,
Or likewise,
Looking back at the past,
Feeling a way about the past,
And being caught in some time period that no longer exists,
Or doesn't yet exist,
Is very tricky,
But with practice we can feel the present moment more and more,
We can feel our awareness more and more,
Something beyond the worries,
Beyond the chatter,
