Find a comfortable,

Meditative posture.

Gently close or lower your eyes.

Your muscles beginning to soften.

Your bones settling.

Aware of your breath flowing in and out.

Inhaling in,

Two sips of air in through your nose,

Exhale,

Sigh it out of your mouth.

Letting go,

Two sips of air in through the nose,

Sighing it out.

Inhaling,

One more time,

Two sips of air in through the nose,

Sighing it out,

Releasing tension and stress.

Bringing your awareness to the space around your heart,

Softly breathe into the heart space,

Allowing it to expand.

As you exhale,

Your ribs beginning to melt.

Allowing your heart space to open,

A soft green glow resides within.

Ready to receive kindness,

To replenish you,

Leaving you with positivity,

Removing negativity.

Create a present day image of you and place it in your heart.

Imagine your higher self,

Speaking to this image of you in a loving way,

In a kind way.

As you repeat the phrases,

You feel the significance and the meaning behind the words that you're saying,

Soothing your soul,

Transforming your mind.

May you be happy.

May you be healthy.

May you be safe.

May you find ease.

Now picture an image of yourself from your past.

Maybe an image of yourself from the recent past,

Or the distant past.

Maybe when you were a child.

Let an image form in your heart space of this past version.

Let your higher self repeat the phrases.

May you be happy.

May you be healthy.

May you be safe.

May you find ease.

Allow yourself to bask in the emotions of these words and phrases as you deserve it.

You're beginning to reintegrate different aspects of yourself into the whole of you,

Taking these positive emotions with you for the rest of your day.

Bring your awareness to your breath and your body.

Breathe in fully.

Exhale completely.

What a wonderful way to BEgin my day! Those affirmations, tied into what I'm experiencing in my life right now, really impacted me in a positive way. My only concern was, both my wife and I, thought the voice might be AI instead of human. It's sad that our world has come to that, where we are questioning the authenticity of what we see and hear, but the voice was almost too perfect. I told my wife, maybe she's a Virgo and just worked extra hard to give us a perfect meditation. Hahaha.
