Eyes softly closed or lowered,
Your body molding itself into your space,
Your awareness resting on your breath,
Noticing the texture and the rhythm.
Feel your heart space beginning to soften with every exhalation.
Let's begin to relax a little bit more.
As you breathe in,
Fill up your lungs half to three quarters of the way full.
Exhaling,
Encourage your exhalations to be slightly longer than your inhalations.
Imagine a soft pillow around your heart every time you exhale.
Two more rounds at your pace.
Let your breath return to its natural flow.
As you relax into your breath,
A feeling of comfort,
Of warmth,
Seeps into your skin.
Everything is going to be okay.

Acknowledge it.
