Inviting yourself to settle into a safe space.
Intuitively listen to what your body needs right now.
As you settle into your space,
Softly close or lower your eyes,
Becoming more and more present to your body,
The sensations in your body,
Present to your breath,
The sensations of your breath,
Watching and observing with an open heart,
With your higher mind,
No judging,
Just observing,
Letting go of the past,
Letting go of the day.
Take a deep breath in,
Exhale,
Present to yourself,
As you observe your body and breath,
You might notice thoughts will enter your mind,
Stories about things that have happened,
Projections about what you might want,
Neither attaching nor running,
Just observing,
In a neutral mind.
Your mind might be running from here to there,
When you're in a state of observation,
When you're in a state of allowing and receptivity,
Whatever comes up,
Allow it to be,
Just notice.
Staying open and present,
Present with your breath,
Present with your body,
As you become more and more present,
You'll notice your body begins to relax,
No longer resisting.
Take a deep breath in,
Breathing in slowly,
Exhale,
Present to yourself,
Appreciating the time and space you've taken to quiet your mind,
