Welcome,

Darling,

Welcome to this new day.

As the light rises,

Let your light rise with it.

Let's begin by settling in,

Find a comfortable seat or lie back gently,

Maybe sway your body from side to side or tighten everything for a moment and release.

Just enough to reset the way you woke up.

Let your shoulders soften,

Let your jaw unclench and take a slow deep breath in and a slow easy breath out.

When you're ready,

Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze and imagine you're rebooting your morning as if you're powering down your mind and turning it back on with intention.

Feel yourself arrive.

Now imagine the soft morning light stretching across the sky,

The quiet glow that doesn't rush or force anything.

It simply arises naturally,

Steadily.

Let that light move toward you.

And with your next inhale,

Imagine it touching the top of your head,

Warm,

Gentle,

Unhurried.

And as you find your exhale,

Feel your body soften into it.

The light flows down your forehead,

Over your eyes,

Down your cheeks,

Across your neck and shoulders.

Every breath invites more light in,

Every exhale releases the heaviness you woke up with,

The thoughts,

The pressure,

The loved overdreams.

Now picture the light gathering in your heart space,

It's a small glow at first,

Then brighter and steadier.

Let it radiate outward through your chest,

Down your arms and all the way to your feet.

You don't have to force your light today.

You simply allow it to awaken.

Nothing can dim the light that shines from within.

Breathe in the new day,

Breathe out everything you don't need to carry.

Feel your inner light meeting the morning light,

Two truths merging.

You are grounded,

You are steady,

You are enough.

Take one more slow inhale,

Open your eyes and walk into your day with the light that shines from within you,
