Good morning,

Darling.

It's Monday again.

Before the day starts pulling you in every direction,

Let's take a moment just for you.

No pressure,

No perfection,

Just breath and presence.

Go ahead and find a comfortable spot,

Sitting up or lying down,

Whatever your body is asking for today.

You can close your eyes or soften your gaze,

Let your hands rest wherever feels natural,

Maybe over your heart or palms open to receive.

Take a long,

Slow breath in through your nose and a gentle exhale out through your mouth.

Let's do that again.

Inhale,

Start to bring awareness to your body,

Not to fix or judge,

Just to notice.

Unclench your jaw,

Drop your shoulders,

Soften your belly,

Feel the weight of your body supported beneath you.

You don't have to hold it all in today,

Let the ground hold you for a minute.

Scan from the top of your head down to your toes,

Pausing at any tight spots.

Breathe in to those tight spots,

Let yourself arrive fully,

Honestly,

Just as you are.

Now,

Let's ground into this moment,

Into this Monday,

Not with hustle,

But with intention.

Repeat softly in your mind or out loud if it feels good.

I don't have to do it all today,

I move through this week with calm and clarity.

Peace is my starting place.

Let those words settle into your nervous system.

You're not behind,

You're not late,

You're here and that's enough.

If it feels right,

Picture yourself stepping into your day like walking barefoot on soft earth,

Grounded,

Rooted,

Unshakable,

Even when the to-do list tries to test you.

Now,

Let's take one last deep breath in,

Then exhale it out.

As you move into your Monday,

Carry this grounded energy with you.

You've got a whole week ahead,

But you only have to live one moment at a time.

Keep coming back to your breath,

To your body,

To this grounded version of you,

The one who can handle whatever today brings.

Go gently,

Go honestly,

You've already started your week in the best way.
