Hi,

Darling,

If your morning got off to a rocky start,

You're in the right place.

Let's give this day another chance,

A fresh reset right here in this midday pause.

Let's begin by taking a slow breath in and an even slower breath out.

Allow your eyes to gently close as if you're unplugging yourself for just a moment,

Stepping out of the noise,

The electricity,

The shoulds,

And dropping into simply being you.

Let your shoulders drop,

Let your belly soften,

And let your face relax.

You don't have to pretend here,

You just have to be.

Now,

Notice your body,

Are you holding tension in your chest,

Your jaw,

Your stomach,

Or maybe even your hands.

Without judgment,

Just breathe into those places.

Nice and slow inhales,

And even slower exhales.

Now,

Imagine this morning's chaos,

The rushing,

The irritation,

The small disappointments,

And the emotional triggers,

Gathering them in your hands like a tangled ball of energy.

Feel its weight,

And on your next exhale,

Slowly open your hands.

Let that ball lift up and away,

Like a floating balloon rising higher and higher,

Until it gets smaller,

Then tiny.

You don't need to carry your morning into your afternoon.

Bring your focus back to your breath,

Steady,

Reliable,

And grounding.

Let this moment be your reset,

Your pause,

Your turning point.

And then,

Repeat softly in your mind,

Right now,

I begin again.

Feel the shift,

Subtle but real,

A little more space in your chest,

More softness in your mind,

And a lot more room to breathe.

I'll leave you with this,

Reset,

Readjust,

Restart,

Refocus,

As many times as you need to,

Stillness,

A fresh start,

Is always here,

My darling.

Take one last deep inhale in,

And a slow,

Easy exhale out.

The rest of your day is still yours.
