So let's begin by just taking a few deep,
Cleansing breaths,
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth and just sighing out any tension in the body.
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
With every inhale,
Breathing cleansing,
Refreshing air into the body,
Letting each breath be easier,
Filling the lungs and with every exhale,
Just relaxing the body,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the jaw,
Relaxing the hips.
And as we're breathing,
I invite you to start feeling your body.
Feel any areas in which your body is calling your attention.
There may be tightness,
Throbbing,
There may be energy,
Moving,
Swirling,
And invite us to just start feeling anything that we can feel in our physical and energetic bodies in this moment and just allowing it to be.
And I'd like us to be aware that what we feel in our physical,
Emotional,
Energetic bodies is often not only ours.
We're also receiving signals from the people around us,
From any people that we are energetically connected to,
From our families,
From the collective,
And also from the cosmos.
So just feel the energy,
Feel the sensations,
Becoming aware of them if they're not too intense at this moment.
And again,
Just giving them space to be everything that you're feeling in this moment.
And then I'm going to invite you to consciously just quiet the cosmic energy,
Allowing it to just melt away,
And just being aware if you can feel any changes as you just turn the volume down on that influence.
And spending a few breaths just feeling anything that may have changed.
And now,
If it feels available for you,
I'm going to invite you to just turn the volume down on the collective energy.
And again,
Just taking a few slow,
Deep breaths to feel any changes,
Allowing anything you feel to just be.
And now,
I'm going to invite you to turn the volume down on the energy of the people around you,
People you live with,
People you live near,
Your neighbors.
Just bringing that energy down into silence.
And again,
Just feeling what remains.
And now,
Let's turn the volume down on the energy we receive from any beings that we have energetic connections to.
And again,
Just breathing into the new sensations,
The changes,
Letting it just melt away,
Without questioning who it may be,
And what the nature is,
Just feeling the physical sensations and the physical and energetic bodies.
And the final energy we're going to quiet is that of our soul counterpart,
And whatever they may be going through that we may be capable of feeling.
So again,
Just taking some nice,
Deep,
Cleansing breaths,
And allowing the sensations from that energy to become quieter and quieter,
Until we're left just with our own energy.
Just taking some deep breaths to feel and allow whatever is ours,
And only ours,
In this moment,
Our essence,
Our energy.
Just exploring the sensations,
Any movement of energy,
Any feelings,
Any sensations in the body.
Just taking some breaths to feel you in this moment,
Without the influence of all those other energies,
Becoming familiar with how it feels to be yourself,
And just knowing that this is available to us.
And maybe just taking a moment to ask yourself if there's anything you need,
Or if there's anything you need to know.
And we can just start breathing into our heart spaces,
Feeling it expand with every inhale,
And soften with every exhale,
Just feeling our heart space igniting.
And then bringing that breath down into the womb space,
Feeling our womb space expanding with every inhale,
And softening with every exhale,
Feeling our womb space expanding,
Igniting,
Alive,
Vibrant.
And then with every inhale,
And every exhale,
Just drawing that energy up from the womb space,
Through the solar plexus,
Connecting to the heart space,
Up through the third chakra,
The third eye,
And releasing up and out through the crown chakra,
And just cascading all around us,
Feeling that energy rise,
And then cascade.
Taking a few breaths here,
Feeling pure,
Vibrant,
Light energy coming up through our symptom,
And then cascading all around us.
And then just gradually bringing our attention and our awareness back into the body,
Into our physical presence,
Into the room,
Maybe moving our fingers and our toes,
Just any movements,
Any stretches,
Anything that the body feels it needs.
Taking a few more breaths here in this space,
In our own energy,
In our activated,
Vibrant self,
Before just gently opening the eyes,
And bringing ourselves back.
Taking a look around the room,
And just feeling how it is to be in this moment,
When the other energies and influences have been quieted,
And knowing that this practice is available to us whenever we feel it,
Whenever we need it.
