Explore MeditationNamaswi is a Physiotherapist, Certified Yoga Teacher, Mat Pilates instructor and graduate in Fitness and Health Promotion who offers a uniquely integrative and healing approach to movement and mindfulness. After completing her Bachelor in Physiotherapy, she immersed herself in the world of yoga—first through a 6-month intensive Yoga Teacher Training, and later by completing a 200-hour certification. She is also a certified Mat Pilates instructor, trained to guide safe, effective, and mindful movement for all levels. For over three years, Namaswi has been teaching across various sites in India and Canada, blending her expertise in physiotherapy, yoga, and Pilates to create classes that are soothing, anatomically informed, and deeply supportive. Her teaching style reflects her passion for movement as medicine—whether in a flowing stretch class, a strength-based session, or a quiet meditation. Namaswi especially loves guiding flow and stretch practices and meditation sessions that help her students reconnect with their breath, body, and inner stillness. Her offerings are a calm and nourishing space to move, restore, and simply be.
