Explore MeditationNadine discovered Bikram Yoga in Hamburg in 2007. After suffering from burnout and depression and attending Teaching Training in Acapulco in 2017, she left her corporate job to combine her passion for Yoga and travelling and became a full-time Travel Teacher. She has dedicated her life to sharing its transformative power with others and has since travelled to over 50 countries, teaching in more than 30 different studios on four continents. Each studio, student, country and culture teaches her something new about herself. She runs Yoga retreats in Portugal, Kenya, Mexico, Bali & India, and she can’t wait to meet you online or somewhere in the world.
