Today we are going to awaken our dark goddess.
Today we are going to release old emotions and stagnant energy.
It's a profound ritual and it will reveal many things about yourself.
It will reveal the stuff that you suppress and repress.
It will reveal how healthy is the connection with your throat chakra,
With your expression,
With your assertiveness,
With your truth,
With speaking your truth.
It will show you many hidden things about yourself.
This exercise,
It's about to start,
So get ready.
Sit comfortable with crossed legs on the floor or in a sofa.
Sit with crossed legs or normal seated legs.
And we start to inhale.
And we try to create this very deep sound.
And we inhale and we imagine to inhale and hold all our problems,
Our past,
The pain,
The anger,
The sorrow.
And when we release it,
We imagine it completely releasing out of ourself.
Inhale,
Hold it in and out.
Inhale,
Hold it in and out.
We inhale and exhale.
You can shake your head,
Shake your mouth,
Make different sounds.
The more low the sounds are,
The better it is.
We need to be able to make a loud sound,
We need to be able to create those vibrations in your chest that will move through your old vessels.
We have to create power and feel the release while we exhale without fear of being perceived,
Fear of being judged,
Fear of screaming,
Of being noticed,
Of making your opinion heard.
Stand up for yourself,
Put boundaries,
Alchemize your anger,
Fear of not being the sweet and beautiful light goddess.
The dark goddess is not pleasant.
The dark goddess,
It's quite harsh to be seen.
She looked like a demon.
She has the power of death and rebirth within her.
It's not for the weak.
If we don't accept the dark goddess within ourself,
If we don't accept the ugly part,
The scary part,
The angry part,
The demonic part,
The fierce,
The depth of the oceans,
The darkness and the pain and the sorrow and the anger and the rage,
If we don't surrender to this part,
The dark goddess within us would always be repressed.
And whatever you repressed,
It will persist and it will come out in other forms.
So allow yourself to work on this.
Understand the power of this very simple,
Understand the power of this very simple exercise.
Your whole body will start to release density and dense energy,
Stagnant energy,
You will feel it literally going out of you.
And a lot of other wounds will be triggered so that you can heal them.
Dark goddess is very powerful.
And most of us are afraid of its power.
We are afraid of our own power.
So with this exercise,
We will slowly start to connect with it.
So let's do it again in repeat over and over until we connect,
Until we heal.
Let's inhale.
Allow your body to move if it's asking you to.
When these sounds go out of ourself,
Our spine might need to move left and right or round and circle,
Our shoulder,
Our jaw needs to move.
The body is asking you to do movements that have been repressed,
That have been blocked.
You might need to move wild and weird and almost demonic.
But in reality,
It's just your body needing to reclaim back your body,
The feelings,
These deep sounds,
The lower chakras.
Because priestesses and goddesses and women that were embodying those energies,
Those dark energies,
Were feared.
And so people used to fear,
Men used to fear,
Women itself became to fear.
But now we're here to clean the past and to claim back the full power of dark goddess.
Carry on alone,
Sit next to your demons and the things that are stopping you from releasing and expressing and embodying.
Ask yourself who choked your throat,
Who repressed your truth,
Who is judging your being,
Who is judging your essence,
What is happening to your diaphragm,
Who is blocking your powerful breath and the extension of it.
Let everything out in a good way or in a bad way.
Release control,
Scream,
Roar,
The wild,
Dark,
Feminine,
It's something that we have been long repressing because we used to judge it and fear it.
Now it's time to heal,
It's time to embody and integrate dark and light within us.
So please use the rest of the track with this exercise until you can reach a deeper level,
Until you can make your sound last long,
Until you can make your sound go really deep,
Until you start to understand how to use your diaphragm.
Because we need to push,
Like when we are going for the number two.
We are compressing with the diaphragm until we become comfortable with this exercise and if something gets in the way you can book a session with me.

At the end it will give you a big sense of freedom and peace and you will notice that while you are exhaling and expressing those sounds there are stuff that are actually leaving your body,
You will perceive it physically.
