As you get ready to embrace this sleep meditation,

Lay down and be prepared to set an intention for the day ahead.

Getting clarity the night before contributes to perfect rest where no worry subsides.

When you know where you're headed to,

It is easier for your body to relax.

Take a deep breath in from your nose for 1,

2,

3,

4 seconds and exhale slowly from your mouth for 6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Let's go again for another two rounds.

Breathing in from your nose for 1,

2,

3,

4 and exhaling slowly from your mouth for 5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

One more time.

Breathing in for 1,

2,

3,

4 and slow exhale for 6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

As you go back to normal breathing,

You might notice that you are feeling softer and more relaxed than when we started.

This is the perfect time to set an intention for the day ahead.

What is one thing that you are ready to commit for tomorrow?

Perhaps a small step you can take towards your goals.

It can also be as simple as staying hydrated and in movement regularly through the day or having the intention to enjoy a great one no matter what it's drawn at you.

Perhaps you're excited to meet someone special,

Spend quality time with them.

No matter what it is,

Hold that vision and take a deep breath in and breathe out deeply as you seal this intention.

Breathing in slowly,

Breathing out and letting go of the remaining tension from the day that just has gone.

Breathing in slowly,

Getting ready to surrender to rest and breathing out anything getting in the way of your recovery.

Nothing else matters in this present moment.

You and your body are ready to get the sleep you need.

Breathing in slowly,

Breathing out deepening the softness in your muscles.
