Welcome to today's meditation.
Hope you are all doing well.
If you haven't done already so sit straight back neck and head in a straight line.
Keep sitting on a chair keep your feet flat on the floor.
Uncross your arms.
Drop your shoulders.
Try to relax all parts of your body.
If you notice any discomforts in your physical body just breathe into those parts.
Let them relax.
Just try to be with yourself in the present moment.
Try to ignore all the noises around.
Gently bring your attention to inside.
Just observe what's happening inside your body in your mind.
Observe any sensations,
Emotions,
Any habitual thoughts you might be going through.
Observe them.
Don't get attached to them,
Don't go into the thought process,
Thought trails.
Create yourself 1 to 10,
1 being very peaceful,
10 being very disturbed.
Have an intention for today's meditation.
If you have to adjust your posture please do so.
Let's try to lock in this posture for next 30 minutes or so.
Take a deep long breath into your stomach.
Let go through your mouth.
Let's do that 3-4 times.
Now let go,
Let your breath find its natural way of breathing.
If you haven't already done so,
Gently close your eyes.
Now try to observe your breath as you inhale and exhale.
Don't alter,
Don't change,
Just observe the breath.
Don't force it.
Let it be as natural as it can be,
As subtle as it can be.
Let it be as natural as it can be.
Now bring your consciousness to the tip of your nose.
In and around nostrils.
As you inhale and exhale,
Just observe the area of your nostrils where the air makes contact as it comes in and as it leaves your body.
It will be very subtle.
Observe your breaths.
Let it be as natural as it can be.
Observe your mind regularly.
Is it observing the breathing or is it wondering in the thoughts?
If you catch yourself mind wandering,
Gently bring it back to the breathing.
Let's observe the silence and the peace.
Observe how the chattering mind slows down.
Only few thoughts lingering in your mind.
Rest all nothing matters right now.
Let it be as natural as it can be.

Observe the sensations in your body,
Especially in the face.
On the face,
In between your eyebrows,
Top of your head.
Right in your mind,
The sensations will creep up slowly.
Let it be as natural as it can be.
Observe the temperature of the air coming in and leaving your body.
So how subtle the air inhalation has become.
Very subtle,
Crisp.
Seamlessly the air goes in and leaves your body.
Let it be as natural as it can be.
Let it be as natural as it can be.
I gently take a deep long breath into a stomach.
Let everything settle down slowly.
I want you to visualize a white light coming from top of your head.
Just for the rest of the meditation,
Don't look for the logics.
Just follow and have the trust.
As you visualize a beam of white light coming from top of your head.
Let it settle down on your head.
Let it spiral up there.
Visualize a white or golden light surrounding you.
As a protection shield.
Let it penetrate through the Mother Earth and anchor you.
Bring the energy back from Mother Earth into your base where you are sitting.
Visualize a red color totally optimized.
Use the red color to optimize your base chakra.
Even if you don't feel anything,
Just have an intention and try to visualize the color.
Bring the color into your memory.
Things change miraculously as your trust and the patience.
As you optimize and balance your base chakra,
Just breathe into that.
Let go all the doubts,
Questions,
Uncertainties.
Bring your physical and soul present right now right here.
Gently let the light rise above into your stomach.
Visualize a yellow color.
Visualize a spinning wheel into your stomach.
Using the yellow,
Let it optimize and balance it.
Let go all the lower frequency vibrations.
Let's raise our vibrations to the highest possible levels today.
Let go all the low level thinking about ourselves or others.
Let go all the ego we hold in ourselves.
Let go all the complexions we carry.
Raise up more than.
Bring your attention to your solar plexus just below your lungs,
Upper stomach area.
Visualize an amber or orange color.
Gently let it settle.
Let the chakra be balanced and optimized for its best performance.
Now bring your attention to your chest,
Heart center area.
Bring some happy thoughts into your consciousness which will raise your heart,
Raise your heart chakras energy.
Think of something which makes you super happy.
Bring as many details as you can.
Think about what makes you happy.
Where are you?
What are your surroundings?
Could be you or it could be a place where you visited.
Could be a pet.
Could be totally imaginary.
Raise your happiness vibrations to the highest possible.
Let your physical and psychological body fill with happiness every part of the body.
Open your heart to receive the divine love and energy.
Call upon whomever you believe into.
Generally the heart center associated with femininity.
Call upon any higher self who can fill that part with the love and devotion.
Open your heart to receive that love.
Fill that divine motherly love which we all crave every day to have it.
Let your body fill with this divine love.
Feel the happiness and contentment it provides you.
All our open we are,
The openness comes to us.
Don't resist.
Just observe any changes in your physical body.
Find any sensations that you are causing.
Gently bring your attention to your throat.
Visualize the blue color.
Raise your attention to your third eye in between your eyebrows.
Just observe that part.
Visualize a violet or purple color.
Let the energy settle down.
Let's prepare ourselves to raise our energy from base to top of your head and beyond.
Visualize a massive lotus on the top of your head with a white glowing golden color.
Which is a portrait of the divine energy.
Let go everything.
Live in this right moment.
Feel the divine connection within you.
We are all connected.
Collectively let's raise our vibrations.
Let's raise our happiness.
It's contagious.
Once you are happy,
People around you will be very happy.
Your partners,
Kids,
Parents,
They can sense your happiness and energy.
Let's raise your happiness,
Raise your peace.
Raise the silence within you.
Expand this white light.
Let it wrap around you.
It will protect you from any negativity dotted at you.
Visualize any energies,
Negativity coming to you and reflects back.
It doesn't get absorbed with your protection.
It just reflects.
Feel safe and secured and protected.
Now with this power what you gain and the peace what you attain,
Let's share with your immediate family members,
Pets and the situations or the thoughts which are troubling you.
Which are causing you discomfort.
Let's send this unconditional divine energy to clear all those blocks.
Let's send this same energy to our extended family members.
They could be alive or they could be past.
We all live in an energy field.
We don't need to be in a physical body shape or form.
Let's send unconditional energy what you produced in the past half an hour.
Send them unconditionally.
Send this energy to your colleagues and their families and the situations.
Let's send it to anyone who might need it right now who's going through tough times.
Let the energy flow unconditionally.
Gently bring all the energy back to the source which is your heart.
Use this energy to clear any blocks you might feel or see.
Health,
Happiness and peace.
Visualize and sit with this as the energy absorbs by each part of your body.
Sit with this peace and silence.
