Welcome to today's meditation.

Thank you for being here.

Let's try to relax whatever posture you choose.

Sit straight back neck and head in a straight line.

Just sit with yourself for a few seconds.

Let go all that stuff happen from morning.

Take few deep breaths into your stomach and gently let the air go.

Let's do a quick assessment how we are feeling right now.

Rate 1 to 10.

1 is being very quiet,

10 is being very disturbed.

If it is a normal day today,

Straight anywhere in the middle.

Let's have some intention for today's meditation whatever that you need or you seek.

Let's try to relax.

Take a deep long breath into your stomach and let go through your mouth.

Cleansing all that unrested energy within you.

Let's do that few times till you feel very relaxed,

Comfortable.

Drop your shoulders,

Make sure that you are not crunching your jaws.

Keep your mouth slightly open.

If you feel comfortable close your eyes.

Do a body scan to see if you are holding any stress or tension in any part of the body.

Try to breathe into that spot to relax that part of the body.

Try to lock in the posture so that next 15 minutes or so we try not to move or change your posture.

Let's do some conscious breathing.

Bring your awareness to the breathing.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Just observe the air as it enters and leaves your body.

Observe the breathing.

Don't attach to it.

Don't try to force or alter anything.

Let the body do its natural course of breathing.

As you observe the air quality coming in and leaving your body.

Thoughts are natural.

Don't try to push them,

Don't try to acknowledge them.

Just let them be where they are.

As you pay attention to the breathing,

You observe your thoughts are lowering.

Our aim is to get to a stage where we don't acknowledge any thoughts.

We still ourselves be with our breath.

Just the breathing and the breath to anchor anytime if your mind wanders on thought trail.

Gently bring it back to the breathing.

Bring your awareness to your forehead in between your eyebrows.

As you breathe in,

Observe the sensations on your forehead.

So your breathing becomes subtle and subtle.

Trust within you.

Try to relax.

Acknowledge all the answers you are seeking outside or inside you.

Let go of any judgments,

Any habitual thought process.

Feel safe and secured.

Nothing to worry about.

Nothing to be concerned.

Regularly check your consciousness is still with the breathing or is it wandering?

Let go of any thoughts.

Let go of any thoughts.

Let go of any thoughts.

Let go of any thoughts.

Let go of any thoughts.

Observe the silence the breathing brings into your mind.

Feel the lightness it creates in your body.

Try to let go of everything.

Gently start introducing happy thoughts in your meditation.

Something which gives you immense happiness.

Could have happened previously in the past.

Or you can create an imaginary happiness.

Could be a place,

Person,

Pet or food.

Whatever which gives you enormous happiness.

Bring those thoughts in your mind.

As you introduce the thought,

Feel the happiness in each and every part of your body.

Let your energy rise to the highest possible energy levels.

With peace and happiness.

Our thoughts are in our control and we generate those thoughts.

So we choose to generate happy joyous thoughts.

Feel the happiness.

Feel the joy.

Feel the silence.

Bring as many details as you can regards to the happiness.

Let every breath create those happy memories in your mind.

Let every breath create those happy memories in your mind.

Let every breath create those happy memories in your mind.

Let every breath create those happy memories in your mind.

With this peaceful joyous mind state,

Visualize yourself being successful in every aspect of your life.

Create those images,

You being successful.

Letting go all those depressive thoughts,

Negative chatter we have in our mind.

Elevate yourself.

Define yourself what success means to you.

Visualize yourself you being there.

Achieving all what you set out for.

Feel the energy.

Feel the vibrations of the success and achievement.

With this high vibrational energy,

Send this energy to your immediate family members,

Pets.

Have an intention and the energy flows.

Send it to your extended family members,

Their pets,

Their situations.

Everyone at workplace,

Their families,

To the situations we face everyday.

Bring all your energies back to you.

Visualize you as a magnet and attracting all those energies back to you.

Connecting them back.

Feel you are grounded.

Feel your body where you are sitting.

The chair or the carpet.

Feel the sensations in your body and the energies around you.

Let everything come back to your soul and your body.

Take few moments to complain the meditation.

Rate yourself how you are feeling right now.

Rate 1 to 10.

1 has been quiet,

10 has been disturbed.

Take away what worked for you.

How can you incorporate these things in a day to day?
