I have an intention for today's meditation.
Take few deep breaths into your stomach and gently let it go through your nose.

As you settle down,
Adjust your posture.
Sit straight back,
Head aligned in a straight line.
If possible,
Uncross your arms and legs,
Palms facing towards the sky.
Now gently observe the breath.
As you inhale and exhale.
Bring your consciousness to the tip of your nose.
Just observe the nostrils in and around your nostrils.
Just observe the nostrils as you inhale and exhale.
This will be your focal point throughout the meditation.
It's very natural for mind to wander in your thoughts.
As soon as you recognize your mind is wandering,
Gently bring it back to the focal point in and around your nostrils.
Regularly observe your mind.
Keep your full focus on the breathing.
This triggers our mind to calm our thoughts.
This triggers our mind to calm our thoughts.
This triggers our mind to calm our thoughts.
This triggers our mind to calm our thoughts.

Keep checking on your mind.
Is it still with the breathing?
If not,
Gently bring it back to the breathing.

Observe the silence.
Observe sensations in your body.
Observe any emotions popping up.

Take a deep,
Loud breath into your stomach.
Gently let it go.
Visualize a white light coming from top of your head.
Penetrating through you,
Through your base,
Through your legs,
To the Mother Earth.
Connecting to the source.
Bringing the energy back to us.
Charging and balancing all our chakras in our body.
Connecting back to the heavens.
Expand this white light wrap around you.
Feel very secured.
Connected to the Divine.
Just feel the energy within the bubble.
Fill that with the white light,
The golden light.
Protect here.
Secure here.
Against any negativity.
Remove any blocks you might have created ourselves.
Have a deep sense of connection to the God or the Divine.
This connection and the silence in your mind.
Just imagine you're walking on a lush forest.
You know your destiny.
You've been walking.
Internally you've been guided to head into one direction.
Take that as instructions and you're walking along.
Enjoying the nature.
Replenishing yourself.
As you're walking along,
There's so many questions in your head.
Just articulate the questions you are seeking answers for.
What is it that you need answers today?
So just a couple of questions you're walking towards.
You see a big tree with a rock around.
Kind of feel that there is a person sitting there.
As you walk closer and closer.
Get a sense that there is a Divine energy.
Vibrating.
Waiting for you to come and make a contact.
As you're walking closer and closer.
You feel very safe and secured.
Been waiting for a long time to make a contact with this energy.
As you're walking closer,
You feel warmth.
Sense of invitation to sit next to the energy on the rock.
You feel very comfortable.
Sense of homecoming.
All the surroundings look very familiar.
Divine energy feels like you've been here before.
Gently make a contact.
Seek permission to communicate.
Next few minutes,
You're going to be silent.
You will be doing the communication with the Divine.
Asking the questions.
Whatever you need answers for.
As you're walking closer and closer.
Gently speaking.

Thank you for the divine energy For being present You can ask the energy to show the signs in your physical realm for the answers you're seeking for Gently bring yourself back Feel the presence of the chair Feel every part of your body Take a few conscious breathing,
Observe each breath as you inhale and exhale Make sure that you're grounded With this awareness,
