This meditation is intended to be used if you work from home to help you get into the work mindset.
So I invite you to find a comfortable seated position,
Maybe it's in the chair you use for work,
Bring all your awareness into this present moment,
And I invite you to close your eyes if that feels okay,
And just allow yourself to sink into the chair and begin to observe your breath.
Extend the inhale and exhale.
Taking nice,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breaths,
Relaxing a little deeper into each exhale,
And allow your breath to resume a normal pattern and set an intention for today.
How do you want to show up in the world today?
How do you want to show up in your workspace?
How can you show up as the person that you want to be?
And exhale all of your air,
And we're going to inhale for the count of four.
So inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

And allow your breath to resume a normal pattern.
And with each inhale,
See yourself filling up with vitality,
And with each inhale,
See yourself being filled with energy that's supporting you throughout the day,
Allowing the energy with each inhale to energize you.
And when you feel ready,
You can open your eyes and tell yourself that today is going to be an amazing day.
And remember,
You get to choose how you show up in the world,
And every moment is an opportunity to show up as the person that you want to be.
