Hello,

Namaste,

And welcome to Mind Your Mindful with Brianna Marie.

Today we will be settling into a short meditation,

Letting you know that you've got this to instill a sense of confidence and resilience.

Let's begin by settling into a comfortable seated shape,

Placing hands in the preferred mudra or falling to the legs,

Palm up or down,

Welcoming the eyes to close or allowing your gaze to become very soft.

Could you settle into this seat comfortably,

Welcoming the natural flow of breath in the body?

As you notice the natural flow,

Could you welcome a deepening,

An expanse of the breath on the inhale,

Guiding the breath to let your belly fully expand,

Holding for a brief moment and exhaling slowly through the mouth.

Once more,

Inhaling fully and deeply,

Filling the chest and belly,

Holding at the top of the inhale and releasing,

Sensing the air filling the lungs and welcoming the breath to carry out tensions,

Any tensions lingering in the body.

As you welcome the natural flow of breath back,

Could you imagine yourself standing at the edge of a gentle river?

The water is clear,

Cool and calm as it flows smoothly past you.

Gazing at the gentle current,

Could you notice the flow of life moving here?

Taking a moment to connect with its energy,

This flow of energy guiding the water through the channels.

Much like the channels of air and breath moving through the body,

Water flowing in this gentle river.

Picture yourself stepping into the river,

Feeling its flow against your legs.

You can sense the current gently flowing around you.

Could you welcome the body to become weightless in the embrace of water and allow yourself to relax into this flow,

Knowing that the river will carry you wherever you need to go.

Take a few deep breaths here.

Imagining the cool,

Calming water moving past you and around you.

The constant flow is graceful and soothing.

Could you sense its support,

Providing a gentle but steady momentum,

Sensing any resistance washing away here,

Trusting that this river will carry you exactly where you need to go.

Underneath the sunlit sky,

You bask in the warmth.

A little seed flows into your hand.

This seed represents confidence,

Self-belief,

And resilience.

As you stand in the river,

Could you plant the seed gently into the riverbank?

Knowing that it will grow with the flow of water nurturing it.

As you set the seed into the soil,

Could you welcome the intention,

I have everything I need.

I've got this.

I have everything I need.

I've got this.

Allow the river to carry away any doubts or fears,

Knowing that the seed you've planted will thrive as the water flows past it,

Bringing life and energy to its roots to help the seed grow.

Imagine your breath is nourishing.

Each inhale bringing warmth and light,

Each exhale providing gentle and refreshing moisture.

As you breathe in and out,

Could you sense the expansion of confidence and strength within you growing?

With each breath,

Reaffirming to yourself that you've got this.

Whatever lies ahead,

You've got this.

You're nurturing your inner strength and with each breath,

Call upon the wisdom that resides within you.

Could you imagine a sprout emerging from the soil where you planted this seed?

It's small at first,

But as you continue to breathe,

Guiding awareness to deepen intention,

Cultivating this vow to your heart,

It grows taller and stronger.

Imagine your potential for growth,

For self-belief.

As the sprout continues to grow,

Remind yourself,

I am capable.

I can handle whatever comes my way.

I've got this.

Whenever you're ready,

Welcome your awareness back into the physical space and allow yourself to be a part of the process.

Welcome your awareness back into the physical space and to sensations happening in the body.

Noticing how you feel,

Wiggling toes and fingers,

Feeling the energy flow through you like the river,

Sensing the beat of your heart.

Could you notice how you feel?

Placing the hands on your chest,

Tapping into the rhythm of your own heartbeat.

Take a moment to give yourself some gratitude for creating this space in your day to practice this meditation and for setting intention and affirmation.

As you open your eyes slowly and gently in your own time,

Could you welcome this sense of confidence and flow within you,

Knowing you can tap into this inner wisdom,

This inner knowing of resilience.

Trust in the universe and yourself that whatever challenges you face,

Trust in the universe and yourself that whatever challenges come your way,

You've got this.

You can tap into this reservoir of wellness whenever you need to come back to it,

To come back to this meditation or practice others on Mind Your Mindful.
