Hello beautiful being.

Welcome to this new moon meditation for nurturing your inner guide.

A guided journey meant to instill a sense of energetic wisdom,

Allowing the moon to be a beacon of knowledge,

Allowing you to tune inward.

My name is Brianna Marie.

Thank you for joining me on this beautiful journey of minding your mindful.

Find a comfortable spot,

A space that's quiet and take a moment to grab your headphones if you'd like.

Once you've found a comfortable position,

Allow your body to sink into the support beneath you,

Allowing gravity to hold you,

Perhaps shutting down through the eyes and allowing your attention to drift to your breath.

Noticing the tidal rhythm of your natural breath,

The in and out,

The rise and fall of the waves of breath.

As the breath becomes more intentional,

Could you sense it deepening?

Take a breath in,

Allowing the air to fill your lungs and your belly,

Slowly exhaling,

Releasing any tension,

Welcoming in a practice of yogic breath or dirgha pranayama.

Breathe in deeply through the nose,

Imagining your breath filling three compartments of the abdomen,

The lower belly,

The chest,

And upper chest.

Exhaling slowly out through the upper chest,

The middle chest,

And lower belly.

Continuing this cycle at your own pace for two more cycles of breath.

With each exhale,

Allow tensions to melt and allow your body to soften into the support beneath you,

Allowing your breath to fall back into its natural tidal rhythm.

Could you draw in a sense of visualization?

Could you imagine the warm light of the sun tucking itself gently behind the moon to envelop your entire body inside and outside the body?

This light is the guidance of wisdom,

Allowing the warmth of the light to flow through every cell,

Every muscle,

And fiber of your being.

Drawing on the warmth of this light as it moves through your body,

Begin at the top of your head.

Imagine this warm light massaging the scalp,

Melting away tensions or anxiety,

Allowing the warmth to cascade onto the face,

Releasing tensions from between the brows,

From your jaw,

The space between your lips and your tongue.

As the warmth flows down around the neck and shoulders,

Could you allow it to touch and massage the heaviness or tightness that may be lingering there?

Allow it to carry the weight of your worries away,

Drifting softly down the arms and drawing down into the tips of the fingers,

Feeling the warmth of guidance drift down through the chest,

The belly,

And pelvis,

Unwinding doubt,

Allowing the warmth to be energized with each inhale,

Sending warmth to massage the spine,

Easing tensions down into the hips and thighs,

Relaxing each muscle with its gentle embrace as it flows down through the legs,

Into the calves,

And reaching out to the feet and toes,

Allowing this gentle light,

This cascade of warmth,

To cocoon around any lingering tension in the body,

Allowing the warmth to melt away.

Could you notice the sensations in the body held by this warmth,

Fully immersed in the gentle glow?

Allow it to cradle you and nurture the guidance and knowing from within.

Where do you sense the warmth holding you?

Noticing the breath,

Could you welcome in a release?

Inhaling whatever support you need for your inner guide,

Releasing on the exhale.

Perhaps you welcome in an inhalation of wisdom and guidance while exhaling doubt or inhaling your true knowing while exhaling limiting beliefs.

Whatever you choose,

Allow the inhale to call in and to cultivate what you need here and now,

Allowing the exhale to release,

Continuing this cycle,

This mental whisper three times,

Inhaling to call in what you need,

Exhaling to release.

Could you imagine yourself floating in the cosmic landscape of the stars,

Weightless,

Unbound by gravity,

Allowing the weight of tensions and limiting beliefs to be released?

Looking back over your shoulder,

You can see the vastness of the earth and the beauty of the landscapes,

The way the land reaches for the water,

While noticing the moon anew in front of you,

The moon lending a space for tuning in to your own intrinsic wisdom,

Calling back the energetic body of warmth that you've instilled,

Sensing the breath as you drift closer to the moon on this weightless journey,

As you draw closer to the moon's nurturing energy,

This lighthouse of the sky,

It beckons you forward,

The timeless gaze of the moon nurturing the inner guidance of you.

Could you imagine reaching out with your palms forward facing this new moon,

Allowing the warmth from your being to meet the nurturing wisdom in a cosmic channel of connection?

Welcome in this wisdom as every cell within connects to the wisdom of space and time,

The vast knowing of all that has been and all that will ever be.

This channel from the cosmic connection between the moon and yourself,

This wisdom to steep in energy points within you,

Drawing on the wisdom of your inner guide.

Could you imagine yourself floating in a cosmic landscape of the stars,

Allowing the weight of tensions and limiting beliefs to be released?

Looking back,

You can see the vastness of earth and the beauty of the landscapes and the waters meeting,

Allowing your gaze to draw forward.

You notice the moon anew in front of you,

This new moon lending a space for tuning in to your own intrinsic wisdom,

Calling back the energetic body of warmth with the breath as you drift closer to the moon on this weightless journey,

Allowing the gravitational pull of the moon to draw you in to the nurturing energy,

This lighthouse of the sky beckoning you forward,

Its timeless gaze nurturing the inner guidance of you.

Imagine reaching out with your palms forward facing this new moon,

This new cycle.

Allow the energetic warmth from your being to meet the nurturing wisdom of the moon in a cosmic channel of connection.

Welcome in the wisdom as every cell within connects to the wisdom of space and time,

The vastness of knowing all that has been and all that will ever be,

Allow this wisdom to steep in energy points within you.

Drawing on a gentle awareness back to the breath,

Allow gravity to guide you gently back to earth's surface with a renewed sense of energy,

A sense of knowing,

And a release from the burden of doubt.

Could you reflect on the interconnectedness of the wisdom you hold within,

That you hold within you all the wisdom you need to move forward on this path.

Gently draw your awareness back to the present moment,

The physical space around you,

Sensing gravity from the support of the surface beneath you,

And the gentle caress of the breathing space all around you.

Welcome in movement to the fingers and the toes,

And perhaps allowing the light to peek through the lids of the eyes.

Allow this renewed sense of wisdom and inner guidance to carry you through this new phase of the moon.
