Greetings and welcome to today's meditation.
I invite you to close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,
Holding it gently and exhaling it slowly through your mouth.
Begin to settle into the support that is beneath you.
Feel your body grounding,
Softening and arriving.
Let your next breath in be a bit deeper,
A tad bit fuller.
As you inhale,
Draw in grace.
And as you exhale,
Release anything that you're ready to let go of.
This is a space of gentleness,
A space of compassion,
A space where your parts are welcome just as they are.
The parts of you that have longed for freedom,
The parts of you that have carried shame,
Silence,
Guilt,
Fear,
Worry,
Rejection,
Hurt,
Trauma.
The parts that are curious but a little bit hesitant.
Let them all know you are here,
You are safe,
You are held,
And you are invited.
Now inhale deeply again.
And as you do,
Imagine a bright turquoise light washing over your entire body from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet.
This light clears away hesitation,
Doubt,
And suppression.
It softens resistance.
It creates space for joy,
Possibility,
And new beginnings.
As you exhale,
The turquoise begins to shift,
Becoming radiant gold,
Wrapping around you like a cloak of confidence and bold self-expression.
Feel that gold settle over your shoulders,
Around your heart,
Down your spine,
Warming every part of you.
Now picture yourself standing in front of a mirror.
Not a physical mirror,
But a mirror of truth.
The reflection looking back at you is the most free,
Most radiant,
Most fully alive version of yourself.
Take in their stance,
Their posture,
Their glow,
The way their heart beats in perfect harmony with liberation.
This version of you has nothing to hide,
Nothing to prove,
Nothing to hold back.
Breathe that in.
Allow the energetic frequency of 528 Hertz begin pulsating through your body,
A soft hum that begins in your chest and radiates outward.
This is the frequency of transformation,
Of healing at the deepest levels.
Let it wash over the parts of you that have feared being seen.
Let it hold the parts that have felt silenced or hidden,
Burdened or trapped.
Let the frequency speak gently.
You are worthy.
You are beautiful.
You are free.
As you continue breathing,
Sense the energetic aroma of wild orange and ylang-ylang filling the air,
Sparking playfulness,
Activating sensuality,
Opening the door to joy.
Let your body soften in their presence.
Let your heart open a little bit more.
Let your parts feel the permission to try something new.
Now gently turn your attention inward.
Ask your system,
What if I allowed myself to come out,
To be seen,
To dance as all of me,
Holding nothing back,
Leaving no part of me behind in my fullness?
I step into dancing,
Into being.
Feel the spark begin to arise,
The anticipation,
The aliveness.
I'm coming out.
I want the world to know.
Gotta let it show.
Let those words ripple through your body.
You don't have to force anything.
Just allow the energy of emergence to move through you.
You are not who you were yesterday.
You are becoming.
You are rising.
You are liberating every part that's ready to step forward.
And in just a moment,
You'll be invited to move,
To dance,
To express,
To explore,
To sample what freedom feels like in your own body.
You don't have to do it perfectly.
You just have to show up.
Show up for you.
Show up for your parts.
So,
When you're ready,
Begin to wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.
Feel your breath gently fluttering in your belly.
Gently flutter your eyes open when you hear the music from within.
Step into it unapologetically,
Freely.
You're coming out.
Let your dance be your prayer.
Let your movement be your medicine.
Let your parts know this is what liberation feels like.
Let your parts know you are grateful.
Tell them thank you.
