This meditation is entitled The Blind Spot.
I don't have a problem.
Welcome to this meditation for self-awareness.
Today we are exploring what we may not yet see,
The blind spots in our lives.
Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale through your mouth.
Feel your body in this very moment.
Allow yourself to just simply be here.
Imagine standing in front of a mirror,
Not just any mirror,
But one that reflects all of you.
Even the parts of you that you have ignored.
Gently ask yourself,
What am I avoiding?
Perhaps there's a feeling,
A pattern,
Or an action that feels automatic.
You may tell yourself that it doesn't matter,
That you can stop whenever you choose to.
But if you truly could,
Why haven't you?
As you sit with this,
There's no need to push for an answer.
Just simply observe.
Let awareness emerge.
The first step to awakening is seeing.
Allow yourself to see.
And when it feels complete,
And you've seen all that you desire to see,
Or all that has been shared with you for now,
Take one final deep breath.
Allow it to fill your lungs,
And just gently hold it.
And allow yourself to just slowly and gently breathe it out through your mouth.
As you move forward today,
Simply notice,
Without judgment,
What may have been hidden before.
Awareness is the key to change.
Embark on your journey.
Discover your blind spots.
