
Strengthen Connection To Deep Breaths, Heart & Gut Feelings
This guided meditative and mindfulness-based experience causes one to open up and receive by practicing taking deeper breaths, which strengthen our connection to our intuition and cultivate a quieter mind, and more connected physical and energetic body. If you wish to get out of your head, and into your body, this is a great way to begin. You will feel more clarity from also bringing your attention to your heart and gut feelings.

The most important thing that we can do is walk around feeling that we are so loved by this precious earth that makes this oxygen for us to breathe,
To live and grow.
Walking around feeling grateful for the dirt where we can grow our plants,
Our herbs,
Our food,
Our trees.
Feeling grateful for the salty ocean that is so healing for us.
Walking around looking up at the sky feeling grateful for the sun that gives us vitamin D that is so divine and beneficial for us and our mood and our hormones and so much more that we're not even aware of.
Another very important aspect of life is to have the deepest intimate connection to our physical body which is actually an energetic body for we are multi-dimensional beings.
Eternal spirits that come into these bodies for this lifetime that we know here and now.
Our physical bodies are always loving us so much and they are simply an expression,
An outward expression of our beliefs,
Of our thought diet and our perceptions.
How we feel physically is based on how we think and our thoughts create our feelings and our reality.
We're all walking around with our own virtual reality.
It's like all of us are walking around with our own program and it's all based on our past.
Some of us have learned from our past.
Some of us carry wounds,
Heavy wounds from our past that we never processed and freed up in our bodies.
Some of us came in carrying heaviness from our mothers that carried us while she was pregnant with you.
How was her pregnancy?
Was she relaxed and excited that she was pregnant or was she going through some struggles and chronically worried and anxious?
Some of us come in carrying the heaviness of our grandmothers.
Did you know that your little tiny egg that you came from,
From your mother's body was in your grandmother's body when your mom was created?
How was your grandmother's pregnancy?
What did she carry?
Have you ever wondered?
We come into this world already in a certain way based on our mother's experiences,
Our grandmother's experiences,
And some even say that we bring past lifetime energies.
Take a moment right now to just close your eyes and bring your right hand over your heart and your left hand over your gut and feel your body,
Your breath.
Feel the sensations as you inhale deeply.
You might feel the beating of your heart.
Notice what is there at your heart and your gut.
Let's do this together now.
Inhale deeply and feel.
Allow your eyes to remain closed.
And then exhale.
Feel safe laying down,
Leaning back on the support surface.
Allow it to hold you.
Inhale again now.
Let's do this together.
Inhale.
Exhale.
As you inhale,
Feel the breath coming in through your nostrils.
Notice the temperature of the air.
Feel how the muscles in between your ribs expand and your abdomen and chest.
Exhale.
Allow this to be done one more time.
And as you do it,
Notice,
Do you feel your abdomen,
Your gut expanding?
And as you focus on the sensations in your body,
Sometimes thoughts come up,
Images,
Feelings.
Welcome them all and then continue to come back to the sensations in your body.
You're training your mind to focus,
To become more self-aware of your body and feel with non-judgmental moment-to-moment awareness.
This is called mindfulness.
It's a practice.
And wherever you are,
Be grateful that you're making the time to listen within.
Our bodies are the temples of our soul.
When we inhale,
We are alive.
The oxygen circulates through our body,
Gives us life,
Energy.
The breath is very important to receive fully,
To allow even more of your soul to expand through your cells.
I invite you now to inhale as deeply as possible and then hold your breath and feel what it feels like to hold your breath as deeply as possible,
Fully expanded you.
Let's do this together now.
Inhale deeply,
As deeply as possible and hold it there.
Here we go.
Pause.
Hold your breath now.
When you can't hold it any longer,
Exhale through your mouth.
Let's do this one more time together.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale.
And one more time.
And after this one more time,
Allow yourself to simply lay here and listen to the silence.
Inhale deeply.
As deep as possible and then pause.
Hold your breath.
For as long as you can.
Exhale.
Allow yourself to lay here now.
Witness the sensations in your body and the sounds.
Moment to moment.
Being the witness,
The observer.
Now.
We're practicing being.
There's nothing else to do.
Allow yourself to breathe automatically,
Spontaneously,
Passively.
Your spontaneous breathing takes over and you can witness that now.
Effortless effort.
It just happens.
Surrender.
Observe the silence.
Notice the space around your body.
The space between your physical body and the ceiling and the furniture around you.
Become more present to the space around you.
Now.
Remember,
We're multi-dimensional beings,
Mostly made up of energy.

99999%.
Get to know the more that you are.
The formless part of you.
Now.
You're doing great.
You're doing great.
When we are being,
We're not thinking.
We're not doing.
And we get to experience the more that we are.
This part of us that is interconnected with all living beings.
There's this force of creation that guides us,
Just as it causes the ocean waves to move.
The surfer rides the waves that are created by this force of creation.
Imagine living your life guided,
Riding the waves of your intuition,
Your higher knowing,
Your intuitive nature.
Surrender a little more now.
Let go.
Practice being the witness to your thoughts and your feelings.
They just arise.
They come up.
And you get to just observe them and accept them as they come up.
Notice how this feels for you.
Are you open to it?
Can you trust in the unknown?
Relinquish control.
Surrender to a higher you within you.
The mystical you.
The magical you.
The quantum you.
The you that is interconnected with all of us.
The unit,
Unified field you.
Have you ever been thinking of someone and then they call you or they'll send you a message?
Via text?
We are all so much more connected than we may realize.
The more we quiet the mind and open the heart,
Our intuition strengthens.
Our intuitive intelligence,
Our higher knowing is awakened.
Allow your right hand to begin to caress your heart,
Creating clockwise circles over your heart and chest.
Deep breath in now.
Feeling grateful for your precious heart that is so intuitive when it is open to it.
Feeling grateful for your inner knowing and your body's innate wisdom and guidance.
Thank you,
Body,
For your wisdom.
You will be able to listen to your wisdom when your mind is quiet.
When your breath is expansive,
You can feel more the energy of your heart.
And you can ask your heart,
You can ask your body,
How can I love you more?
How can I support you more?
Notice what arises for you.
Ask yourself again.
Breathe deeply and feel.
Feel the messages,
The wisdom from your body.
How can I love you more,
Body?
I invite you now to move your hand down to your gut,
To your abdominal area,
Starting with that space where the ribs meet the abdomen,
Creating circles of love over your abdominal wall where all our internal organs reside.
And notice,
How do my internal organs feel?
Are they relaxed or are they the opposite of relaxed?
Deep breath in.
Feel.
Allow the first few breaths to be opportunities to simply process any tensions or stresses that we've been holding in our gut.
Deep breath in.
Exhale,
Sigh.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale,
A sigh.
One more time together now.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale,
A sigh.
Allow your intuition,
Your inner guidance,
To guide your massage,
Touch to your abdominal wall,
To feel and connect deeply to your body's wisdom at your gut,
Your gut feeling.
And ask your gut feeling,
Do you have a message for me?
Is there anything you want me to know?
And you can ask your body's wisdom a question.
Is there something you'd like more clarity about?
Notice if any questions arise.
And then ask the question,
What are you curious about?
What would you like to know?
What would you like more clarity on?
Believe that you have all the answers within.
Choose to believe in yourself,
That you are so wise.
You are made by a powerful creator.
What if all the answers are within?
We are intuitive beings.
We have this inner knowing.
Science has proved it.
What if you could align more to your natural physiology of intuition and higher knowing sense?
Breathe and feel it now.
That's right.
It's that simple.
Close your eyes and feel.
With awareness,
Openness,
And a willingness,
And a curiosity.
Allow yourself to feel so much love and appreciation for having spent all this time cultivating a more intuitive awareness within yourself.
Imagine what a blessing it is to live connected to your own truth.
The truth within you,
Which is the truth within all of us when we connect within.
We will feel more interconnected.
We will be more conscious of ourselves and one another by creating this deeper connection and intimacy within.
And that is empowerment.
That is confidence.
That is love.

The more connected you feel within,

It's been us all along in our relationships that have been attracting the way we feel.
We can only attract into our lives how we are vibrating,
