The most precious gift that we can give ourselves and another is the gift of our presence.

By closing your eyes.
And you can move your body however you like,

And just get to know what does it feel like to be in my body.
A simple way to access this knowing is to take a deep breath in through the nose and feel the expansion.
Of your deep inhalation.
And notice how your body feels.
From the inside.
Inhale deeply.
Is it easy for you to inhale deeply?
Or do you feel resistance?
Is there any tension or tightness in your body when you deeply inhale?
Notice.
Do this with acceptance.
Compassion for yourself.
Gratitude and appreciation.
You don't have to be perfect at it.
You've never done this before.
And maybe you think a lot and it's hard for you to be in your body.
Be patient with yourself.
Give yourself.
Focused attention.
Make yourself the priority right now.
Close your eyes.
You're doing great.
Inhale deeply.
The greatest gift.
We can give.
Is our presence.
Or focused attention.
Is healing.
Being present heals us.
It allows all the emotions to come up and out.
It's a form of loving.
Ourselves.
Be quiet.
Feel now.
Inhale through the nose,
Expand deeply,
Feel deeply.
Be here now.

And as you do this,
Notice,
How do I feel about myself?
How I feel right now.
How do I really feel?
Breathe in deeply through the nose three times and notice.
What's that background conversation going on?
Can you really be here now?
Are there other thoughts?
That ruminate over you.
All the time.
No it is.
Inhale and feel.
And allow all the thoughts to come up,
It's okay.
Or simply.

Paying attention.
And noticing ourselves.
What's the background conversation running through my mind and body throughout the day?
Is it easy for me to be present and focused?
And pay attention.
As I breathe in deeply,
Am I able to?
And that's it.
Or is there another conversation going on?
What's my relationship to myself?
And how I breathe.
Am I able to breathe in life to the fullest?
When I breathe in,
Am I able to breathe in love and acceptance?
Am I able to breathe in gratitude and appreciation for myself?
What's true.
I invite you to find a mirror.
And look into your eyes.
Now.
When you look into your eyes,
Notice if you can look into the left eye.
Inhale deeply.
And look at yourself.
What do you see?
Allow all the feelings to come up.
What are those stories I've made up about myself?
What are the narratives?
When I look.
Am I weighed down by my past?
Or do I look at myself through new eyes?
Every day.
Am I grateful for me?
Am I powerful?
Am I beautiful?
Do I love what I see?
Am I my own best friend?
Do I make enough time for myself?
I know how to be.
Alone with myself.
And enjoy myself.
Do I feel at peace with myself and my past?
When it comes to my past.
Have I forgiven myself?
Everything I've done in the past.
Forgiveness frees us.
So that we can be present here and now.
When we're present in the here and now,
We can feel the flow of love.
If you wish to lead with love in your life.
To heal spontaneously,
Efficiently,
Effectively.
To be creative.
To be able to feel joy and passion.
And encourage us to forgive.
To live.
To forgive as if our life depended on it.
To carry resentment,
Burdens,
Shame,
Blame,
Guilt.
Hurts,
Fears,
Worries.
Weighs us down.
And it inhibits our ability to feel the love hormone.
On a scale of 0 to 10.
How much do you love yourself?
10 is the highest number.
Make sure to comment and write that down.
How much do I love myself,
Accept myself?
0 to 10.
10 is the highest number.
Ten is I forgive myself.
Ten is,
I have forgiven myself.
I'm clear.
And I feel the love flowing through me because I'm free of the past.
When we are a 10 out of 10 and love can flow,
The pain-relieving hormone can also flow.
We can experience heightened experiences of love and acceptance when we forgive.
The natural painkiller is stimulated when we forgive.
So if you're a person that has any type of chronic pain,
Worry.
Choose to forgive now.
And you could just say,
I'm open to forgiving myself for everything I've ever done in the past.
I'm open to forgiving everyone that I've ever experienced myself being hurt by.
Today's the day.
You can choose.
It's always been you all along.
Who has free will to choose whatever you're feeling.
It's yourself.
Let's go inside the body because it's so simple to do this.
The healing hormone is available to us 24-7.
It's called oxytocin.
It's the naturally occurring healing hormone.
We all have it.
And we can stimulate it by closing our eyes and putting our hand on our chest.
And caressing our skin with rhythmical movements.
Place your hand over your chest,
Skin to skin.
Feel your palm.
Caressing.
Slowly,
Gently.
Your heart,
Your chest.
I choose to feel.
Everything.
In my heart.
Cheers.
To heal everything.
I'm open to experiencing.
New levels of love.
Inhale deeply through your nose.
And if you have a mirror,
Look at yourself while you do this.
Look at yourself with acceptance,
Compassion,
Forgiveness,
Gratitude,
And appreciation.
That's the intention.
In the beginning,
You might be looking at yourself with hatred,
Anger,
Resentment,
Bitterness,
Guilt,
Shame.
And frustrations,
And that's okay.
Accept those feelings and that's where you're at.
It's okay.
That's the first step.
To feel everything.
And to feel it.
And to overcome any resistance to feeling.
That's an act of love where you stop avoiding yourself,
You stop hiding from yourself,
You stop Tending.
This is an act of love to be authentic,
To choose to be real and get real with yourself.
So powerful.
If you've been feeling depressed,

This is an amazing exercise to express,
To release,
And to feel more the love eventually.
We can get through this bump together.
I know sometimes it's difficult.
It's so much easier to distract ourselves.
We're living in a world of distraction.
Bring your attention back to yourself.

And now feel and welcome all the feelings.

Be in your body.
You can also sway and move rhythmically,
Circularly.
Spiraling,
Circling waves.
As your eyes are closed and feel,
How does my body feel to move gently?

And notice.
Do I feel contracted or do I feel free?
Do I feel tightness or do I feel lightness?
Wherever you're at.
Feel.
Welcome all the sensations.
Nothing has to change.
Practice being inviting of yourself.
Practice being your own best friend.
And just listening.
And notice when you judge yourself.
Notice when you comment.
It's okay.
Be the witness of that.
Notice it.
Become self-aware.
Become conscious.
Of your unconscious thoughts,
Of your unconscious patterns.
90% of the time,
Those are running the show.
That's what is running the show.
Attempting to now break free.
Because you're here.
You attracted what you're ready for.
I choose to become conscious of my unconscious patterns and programs.
I choose to become sovereign.
I choose to become interdependent.

Connected deeply to my true self,
My authentic being.
