Guided meditation to align to love. Lay down in a comfortable position with the soles of your feet together and your knees wide apart. For extra support, Place a pillow vertically along your spine and your neck and shoulders and head, Making sure that your head and neck are supported and your whole body. Lean back. Feel the support of our creator that created us. We are all interconnected beings, And our essence is love. We're so dynamic. We're so abundant. It is our nature to work together, To thrive, To be creative. And it is our nature to be also very intuitive. We have this wisdom inside of us that when we connect to our hearts, When we surrender to the love that we are, Our lives become this prayer in motion. Each one of us has gifts, Unique gifts, Why we are here. What's easy for you? What comes easy for you? What do you gravitate towards? What are your unique gifts? The things that you do that bring you so much happiness and joy that you would do for free. Allow yourself now to connect to this present moment through your breath. Bring your right hand over your heart. Keep your left hand away from you, With your palm facing upward on the left arm. Inhale for a count of five. Inhaling through the nose now. Inhale. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Exhale with a sigh. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Inhale through your nose. Feel your heart beneath your hand, On the right hand beneath your heart as you inhale for five seconds. Exhale for five seconds with a sigh. Inhale for five seconds. Exhale for five seconds. Continue with this breath, Inhaling for five, Exhaling for five. This brings us into heart coherence. It calms our nervous system, Lowers our blood pressure and heart rate, And connects us to our heart and soul wisdom. If you're a person that is confused and not sure which path to take, Or you're looking for more clarity, This one simple breathing exercise, Practicing every day, Will lead you in that direction of clarity. Let's do this a few more times together now. Inhale for five seconds. Exhale for five seconds. Inhale for five. Exhale for five. You're doing great. Imagine our life being led by your heart's desires, Your true heart's desires. Too often we live our lives for other people, Thinking that that is the way to live, People-pleasing, Putting ourselves last. What if it's natural and aligned to love to live guided by the strings of your heart and soul? What calls you? What if that actually would lead to everyone else living aligned to their heart and soul? Inhale for five. Exhale for five. Allow yourself now to bring the other arm, Your right arm out as your left, And reach your arms out, Straighten out your knees, Lengthening your arms and your legs outwards like a five-pointed star, Expanding and lengthening your ten fingers, Your ten toes, And your head away from your shoulders. Inhale and expand, Breathing in the deepest, Fullest breath now. We're already in heart coherence now. We're aligned to the frequency of love now. Breath brought us here. And now we are focusing on the expansiveness of our bodies, Which are mostly made of energy. Elongate, Expand, Extend. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. E3 breath. Elongate, Expand, Extend. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. Feel the expansiveness of your being and hold your breath at the top of that inhalation. Pause. With minimum effort to hold your breath, You are an expansive, Miraculous, And magical, Energetic being in this physical body for a temporary time on this earth. Feel the you that is beyond your body, The part of you that is eternal as we continue on in this E3 breath. Exhale with a sigh, Letting go. Ah. That was a long sustaining of the breath. Let's continue now strengthening our ability to feel the you that is eternal, Your energetic and ecstatic being. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. Sniff, Sniff, Sniff through your nose. And at the end of those three sniffs, Hold your breath with minimum effort. Pause. When you can't hold your breath any longer, Exhale. Ah. Let's do this again. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. Sniff, Sniff, Sniff. Sniff, Sniff, Sniff. Hold your breath and pause. Feel the pause from an expanded place. Exhale. Ah. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. Inhale, Expand, Expand, Expand. Sniff, Sniff, Sniff. Filling yourself up with all this oxygen and vitality and life force. Thank you trees. Thank you grass for this oxygen. Thank you creator for making us. Pause. Exhale. Ah. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. Expand, Expand, Expand. Sniff, Sniff, Sniff. Filling yourself up with more of your breath, Your soul, Your essence. Filling yourself up and feeling the abundant being, The powerful being that you are. That is your nature to be. Hold your breath there. Minimum effort. Exhale, Let it go. Ah. Lay here now. Effortless flow. Allowing your breath to be spontaneous and automatic now. Surrender and allow yourself to lay being breathed by creator. Allow yourself to be breathed spontaneously and automatically. Is that easy for you? Let go. Allow life force, Energy to move you, To breathe. Surrender yourself. This practice enforces our ability to surrender to great spirit, To source. So that we may allow source to guide us in our precious lives. It takes a lot of courage to live heart led, Intuitively led, Intuitively guided. As you lay here, Feel yourself so brave and confident and connected to source, Great spirit, Universe, Creative life force energy. Whatever that word is that all of us feel when we're connected. Remember, Surrender a little bit more now or a lot. Feel how precious it feels to simply lay here and be the awareness. Be self aware. Notice the sounds. Remember that you're so safe and supported all the time by our creator. Lean back a little bit more into that support or a lot. Thank you creator for creating me and allowing yourself to feel in this moment. So grateful for your life, For your breath, For being here now. Breathe in that feeling of gratitude, Appreciation. Breathe it in now. Is there a color that for you reminds you of appreciation and gratitude? Imagine that color now. Breathe in that color. Imagine that it's raining on you, The colors of appreciation and gratitude. Breathe those colors in. Receive the gifts of gratitude, Appreciation for life, For this moment, For being alive. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. Gratitude, Appreciation, Appreciation for life. We're expanding and elongating and receiving even more. Inhaling six times and holding our breath after that sixth sniff. Pause. Expanding even more. This is what love demands us to. Love will always bring us to more growth, More expansion. Feel that. If you can't hold on anymore, Let it go. Expanding even more now. Inhale six sniffs. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. Pause at the top of that breath, That sixth sniff. Hold it. Stretch your arms out even more, Your ten fingers. Feel what you are, An expansive, Energetic, Loving being aligned to love. Feeling grateful and appreciative to be here now. Yes, Yes, Yes. Every cell of your body. Open, Receptive, Expanded. Exhale. Feeling that surrendered you. Inhaling six sniffs one more time. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. Pause. Letting go, Exhaling. Let's do one more six sniff breath. You could even do seven or eight if you can. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. Two more sniffs. You're doing great. Pause, Feel the expansion. The expanded you. Going beyond your comfort zone, Living beyond your fears. Allowing your soul to guide you. Living, Trusting your intuition. Welcoming expansion, Welcoming next level living. Welcoming increases in pay, Unexpected gifts. Welcoming unexpected resources. Welcoming spontaneous, Unexpected gifts coming to you. Alliances with others. Chance happenings. Welcoming this quantum leap of expansion into your life now. Yes, Yes, Yes. Exhaling, Ah. And allow yourself to lay here now completely passive. Receiving the gifts of your expanded aligned to love experience. Remembering this is what we are. Imagining every person on the planet aligning to love. And how the world would be if we were all guided by great spirit source love. How would I be different if I was guided by love? Feeling so safe and supported. Where I knew that honoring my heart and soul, The truth of who I am, Was the way. If I confidently surrendered to love and acceptance. And allowed myself to honor my gifts. To trust in my greatness, Our greatness. How would I feel if I was living my joys, My soul's joys. My reasons for being here in this lifetime. Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, Inhale, Inhale. And feel the blessings of your gifts, Your uniqueness. Feel what it would feel like if you could imagine living guided by your wisdom. Your intuitive intelligence. Surrender now. Allow all of these questions to go into your subconscious mind. Supporting yourself to be programmed to love. I allow myself to align to love. And so it is. Take a deep breath in. Coming back into your body. Bringing your attention back into the room. Placing your right hand on your chest. And asking yourself, How can I love you more? How can I support you more? Notice what wisdom comes to you since you are now so open to that wisdom. Receiving. How can I love you more? How can I support you more? All the answers are within us. When we make the time to cultivate this connection to source within us. Are you ready, Willing, And able to live heart and soul guided? If you'd like that, Say yes. Give yourself a hug. Feel the love that you are. Imagine that our creator is wrapping his arms around us. Feel your divine father and mother. The highest love. Agape love. How would it feel for me to be hugged by the highest form of love? Divine love. And feel that way. And imagine what it would be like if you could imagine that type of love. If you're having a hard time with that. We are so powerful. It is our nature to be as powerful as the sun. As grand as those mountains. As creative as all these different flowers and herbs. And we're meant to work together. Just as all the animals and the trees and the herbs and the flowers work together. And the forests and the jungles. I feel so grateful that you have discovered this guided meditation. That brings you to remembering who we are. We are one. Wishing you a beautiful day. Circle your wrists and your ankles.
