She is aware that choosing a therapist can be a daunting experience and that it is so important to have the right person at your side. Megan is a trauma informed mindfulness-based therapist and meditation teacher, and it is her goal to work in collaboration with her clients in helping them achieve deep meaning and purpose in their lives, to heal and find inner peace. As such, she provides a unique, safe and tailor-made therapeutic experience for you to gain greater insight into your world, yourself and your relationships with others. Megan has extensive experience both personal and in working with depression and anxiety and obtained her Diploma in Counselling from the South African College for Applied Psychology (SACAP) in 2013. She has subsequently concluded further studies in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Positive Psychology and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and is a member of The Institute for Mindfulness in South Africa (IMISA), as well as a member of EAMBA, the International organisation for Mindfulness Teachers.
