Divine timing on your healing path.
I hope this meditation brings some grounding and light into your day.
As always,
I'm always here for your being and becoming.
Now let's begin this meditation.
Find your seat,
Feet flat,
Spine upright,
Not rigid,
Just alive.
Take a slow breath in through the nose and release it.
Long and complete.
Again.
Breathe in.
Feel the belly first,
Then the chest.
Let it go.
One more.
And this time,
On the exhale,
Let your shoulders drop,
Let your jaw unclench.
Let the weight of today land where it belongs,
Behind you.
You don't need to perform anything right now.
You don't need to figure anything out.
The only thing required of you in this moment is to be here.
So,
Be here.
I want to speak directly to the part of you that's tired.
The part that's been doing the work,
Showing up,
Going inward,
Doing the hard things,
And still feels like you're not where you should be by now.
That frustration is real.
It's not weakness.
It's not a sign you're failing.
It means you care.
It means you've been pushing,
And that matters.
But here's what I want you to notice,
And notice it without judgment,
That frustration.
It's almost never about the actual goal.
It's about your timeline.
The story you built about when things were supposed to land.
The version of you that was supposed to exist by now.
Take a breath,
And let yourself acknowledge it honestly.
Not to complain,
But to be clear.
What are you frustrated about right now?
What feels like it should have happened already?
Good.
You don't have to fix it.
Just let it be named.
Now I want you to close your eyes if they aren't already,
And I want you to imagine this.
You're standing at the edge of a wide river.
Not a trickle.
A real river.
Moving with purpose.
The current is strong but steady.
The water is dark and clear at the same time.
The light is early morning.
Pre-dawn.
The air is still.
You can hear the water moving over stone.
And you notice you've been trying to get to the other side.
That's been the mission.
You've been standing here looking across,
Calculating the distance.
Frustrated by the current.
But look at the river itself.
Watch the way it moves.
The water doesn't fight the banks.
It doesn't rage against the stones.
It finds the path of least resistance.
Not because it's weak,
But because it knows where it's going.
It trusts the direction.
Now look downstream.
In the distance,
There's a bend.
You can't see what's past it,
But you can feel something is there.
Something is building.
Something is coming together on the other side of that curve that hasn't been visible to you yet.
The river knows.
The current knows.
And some part of you,
Deeper than the frustration,
Deeper than the timeline,
Knows too.
Step into the water.
Feel it move around you.
Cold.
Real.
Present.
You are not against the current.
You are in it.
You are part of it.
The same intelligence that carved this valley is at work in your life right now.
Let yourself float.
Not give up.
Float.
There's a difference.
Giving up is leaving the river.
Floating is trusting the direction.
I am not behind.
I am in motion.
Come back to your breath now.
Slow inhale through the nose.
Full exhale.
Here's what I want you to take with you.
Healing is not linear.
Growth is not linear.
The path doesn't care about your schedule.
And the version of you that you're becoming,
He doesn't arrive on your timeline.
He arrives when the ground has been prepared enough to hold him.
Every hard conversation you've had,
Every moment you chose awareness over reaction,
Every time you sat with discomfort instead of numbing it,
That is the preparation.
You are not waiting for your life to start.
Your life is happening right now in the becoming.
Take a breath and feel the ground beneath you.
Wait.
Your own presence.
The realness of this moment.
This is where alignment lives.
Not in the destination.
In the decision,
Every day,
To keep showing up as the man you're becoming.
I trust the process.
I trust my path.
I trust the timing.
Begin to bring your awareness back to the room.
Feel the chair,
The floor,
The weight of your body.
Take one final deep breath.
Make it intentional.
This breath is yours.
This moment is yours.
And as you exhale,
Carry this with you.
You're not behind.
You're building.
The river is moving.
The timing is working.
And the man you are growing into,
He is worth the patience.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Move slowly.
Take this energy with you.
