Let's begin this by finding a comfortable seated position,

With your spine straight and your hands resting gently on your lap.

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension or worries in the day ahead.

Bring your awareness to the present moment,

To this new day that holds infinite possibilities.

Take a moment to focus on your breath,

Notice the sensation of the breath entering and leaving your body.

Allow each breath to ground you in the present moment.

As you inhale envision breathing in fresh energy and vitality.

Feel this energy spreading throughout your entire body,

Rejuvenating every cell.

As you exhale let go of any stale energy or negativity.

Release any thoughts or emotions that may be weighing you down.

Shift your attention to gratitude,

Reflect on three things you are grateful for in your life right now.

Allow a sense of gratitude to fill your heart with each breath.

With each inhale allow this feeling of gratitude to expand and radiate throughout your entire being,

Uplifting your spirit.

Now,

Set an intention for your day.

What quality would you like to cultivate and embody?

It could be patience,

Joy,

Love,

Or any other intention that resonates with you.

Visualise yourself embodying this intention as you move through your day.

This could be driving to work,

Waiting in a queue.

See yourself radiating this quality.

Allow your breath to anchor you in the present moment.

If thoughts or distractions arise,

Acknowledge them without judgement and gently guide your focus back to your breath.

Back to the here and now.

Take a moment to let go of your worries and anxieties.

Back to the here and now.

Take a moment to offer yourself an affirmation for the day.

Repeat the following affirmation silently or out loud.

I am capable,

Deserving,

And ready to embrace the opportunities that come my way.

Feel the truth and power of this affirmation resonating within you,

Boosting your confidence and belief in yourself.

Slowly bring your awareness back to the room.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes bringing gentle movement back into your body.

Take a moment to express gratitude to yourself for dedicating this time to your wellbeing and setting a positive tone for the day ahead.
