Hello and welcome to this guided meditation with a sole focus on empowering you to be your best.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale for now,

Let go of any tension or stress you may be holding onto.

Now,

Bring your attention to your breath.

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest as you breathe in and out.

With each breath,

Imagine a time when you accomplished something,

Either a degree or entered a new relationship.

Use this to feel a sense of inner strength and exhale any self-doubt or limitations.

As you continue to breathe,

Visualise a warm,

Golden light surrounding your body.

This light represents your personal power and confidence.

Feel its warmth and energy radiating through you,

Filling every cell of your being.

Now,

Bring to mind a situation or challenge where you could use some empowerment.

See it clearly in your mind's eye.

Imagine yourself facing the situation with courage,

Resilience and unwavering confidence.

Visualise yourself standing tall,

Feeling a deep sense of power,

Knowing and determination.

As you hold this image in your mind,

Repeat the following affirmations silently or out loud.

I am here.

I am at the right place at the right time.

I am deserving of success.

Feel the truth and power behind each affirmation,

Allowing them to resonate within you.
