Hello.

Take a moment to notice that you are here.

There's no need to settle all at once.

You can arrive a little at a time.

Bring attention to the body,

Not the idea of the body,

But the physical presence.

Notice where the body feels most obvious right now.

Pressure,

Warmth.

You don't need to scan everything.

One place is enough.

If attention drifts,

You can gently come back.

No effort,

No correction.

Again and again,

Returning to sensation.

The body is here,

Even when attention leaves.

You don't need to hold focus perfectly,

Just noticing when you return.

Feel the steady presence of the body breathing,

Moving,

Resting.

Nothing to fix,

Nothing to improve.

Just a simple rhythm of returning.

You can stay with this for a while.
