Pregnancy brings constant change — in the body, in emotions, and in the pace of everyday life. This course offers a calm, grounded introduction to mindfulness as a way of meeting those changes with awareness rather than pressure. Mindfulness For Everyday Pregnancy is designed for women who want practical support during pregnancy, especially during a first pregnancy, when so much can feel unfamiliar. The lessons focus on simple, realistic ways to notice bodily changes, emotional shifts, energy levels, and daily rhythms without trying to fix or control the experience. Rather than offering techniques to relax or feel a certain way, this course invites gentle attention to what is already happening. Short reflections and intentional pauses help create steadiness in the middle of real life — work, responsibilities, and moments of overwhelm included. This is not a medical or therapeutic program. It’s a space for listening, slowing down, and developing a more respectful relationship with your own experience during pregnancy.
