Naturally release tension from the body in this Viloma 1 practice. Mentally rehearse the act of letting go by interrupting the natural flow of breath consciously to cultivate control and awareness of being. We will do this by taking 3 short pauses on the inhale, building tension, and then doing a long drawn-out exhale as the body naturally lets all that tension go.
