Welcome to body love meditation.
And this meditation is designed.
To remind you of how beautiful you are.
How beautiful your body is,
Your mind,
Your soul,
Your spirit.
And what a better person to remind you of your beauty than yourself.
So take a moment and find yourself in a relaxed place.
Find yourself where you can soften your body.
Where you can breathe deeply.
And if possible,
Close your eyes.
So really let yourself get comfortable.
Really allow yourself to find a place where you can soften.
And you can soften with your breath.
Go ahead and just breathe into your head.
Inhale and exhale and just notice your brain soften,
Your eyes soften,
Your cheeks,
Your ears.
Inhaling deeply and exhaling,
Relaxing your tongue,
Teeth and mouth.
And with every inhale and every exhale,
You're bringing yourself in connection with your body.
Go ahead,
Inhale.
Exhale,
Relaxing your jaw and your throat and your neck.
And as you connect with your body through your breath,
You're allowing for that frequency of appreciation.
To begin to settle into the tissue of your body.
So as you're inhaling,
Exhaling,
Relaxing your shoulders and your chest and your heart.
Next breath as you connect deeper into your whole back body.
So go ahead and feel your spine open up.
Your upper back,
Your middle back,
Your lower back.
Breathing down into your sacrum,
Down into your tailbone.
Now breathing into your arms,
Connecting with your breath down into your arms,
Into your hands,
And into all 10 fingers.
Simply breathing,
Simply,
Joyfully,
Breathing into your body,
Relaxing your torso,
And inhaling and exhaling with appreciation into all of.
Your organs.
And all of.
Parts of your belly,
Your lower belly,
Your hips.
Your pelvis.
Inhaling into your bum and relaxing really deeply your bottom.
Gentle inhales,
Gentle exhales down your legs.
Into your feet,
All and into your ten toes.
And then with your breath,
Allowing it to be deep and full,
But gentle and soft,
Go ahead and breathe into your whole body as one big force.
One big yummy inhale and yummy exhale.
Feeling the breath from the top of your head to the tips of your toes,
Out in your fingertips.
Feeling your breath move in and out,
Filling up your belly fully and completely.
Your whole body is full of breath.
And now just let your breath soften and let it just come in and out.
And as you do,
Just scan your body from top to bottom.
And as you scan your body,
Just begin to say to your body,
I love and respect myself just the way I am.
I love and respect myself just the way I am.
I love and respect myself just the way I am.
I accept myself right now.
Breathing into that.
I accept myself right now.
I accept myself right now.
I trust the wisdom of my body.
I trust the wisdom of my body.
I trust the wisdom of my body.
My body can do awesome things.
My body can do awesome things.
My body can do awesome things.
My body is my friend.
My body is my friend.
My body is my friend.
I deserve to be treated with love and respect.
I deserve to be treated with love and respect.
I deserve to be treated with love and respect.
So allowing these affirmations to settle into your body.
Allowing the beauty of your words.
Beauty of your breath,
Beauty.
Of the connection that you have with yourself right now to again,
Just see if you can soften.
Your body and relax a little bit more.
And to complete this meditation,
We're going to breathe three times,
Just sealing in this meditation with appreciation.
So breathing in appreciation.
And breathing out appreciation.
Breathing in appreciation.
And breathing out appreciation.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
So bowing to yourself.
And acknowledging yourself for being here,
Taking the time.
In your day to just soften and be with yourself.
And to steep in your own appreciation.
Much Love!
