Just acknowledge that allow that command this to be here so you can journey safely into your
Subconscious realms so when you're ready lie down or sit with a straight back in a chair
Or in a lotus position whatever is most comfortable for you

Body a bit just circles around and if you're lying down there might little shivers and shakes
Just move through your body just surrender relax and let it happen

So this age bracket we will enter into through two different modalities one is the water
And the other one is the fire the fire will be next
And in your body this area that might be most intense is probably around your
Sacral and your solar plexus so your stomach and just underneath your ribs
So if we are journeying deep and you're very relaxed and you can move your well you won't
Move but you might feel movements and tensions and releases in your gut in your stomach around
Your liver around your spleen and um you might have a big release and purge

So when you have stored or are are experiencing very very high intensity feelings emotions
You don't need to identify with them you still know that you're bigger and the curiosity and

Is not that feeling it's neutral it doesn't have the feeling it has the space of
Unconditional compassion and love for yourself for your experience for the

As you fall back to the water there is a boat underneath you
And that boat takes you to a different river

And that river has a little bit higher banks

It has a little bit more forest it's not as meadowy and clear
So you look around you familiarize yourself
With a new quality of nature and beings around you
You welcome them you accept them you take notice of them they are messengers they carry messages for
You some of them might have very very clear messages and some of them come as representatives
Of a certain quality for you to connect with
Notice and you see a little pier
So you stop the boat there you get off
And you walk along the pier
On the end of the pier you see a big beautiful garden
And you see a little house
And it's a funny house it's a really funny house
It looks like some like something a child has designed
And it has different parts
It's almost like this house is a growth chart from when you started walking
And talking to when you became to the brink of becoming an adult

Are they scared

Do they look human do they look like a light being or a shadow being
What is going on with this child you say hello
And your awareness is here as an adult

What are the archetypes that are naturally being given to you
