
Earth Element And Inner Child Journey
This is a guided journey to connect with your Inner Child. It can be done multiple times and it is likely a different experience every time. The first half of the track focuses on a version of nidra and body awareness, second half is a guided Inner Child encounter. Please start with the Introduction Safety Capsule before this journey.

Welcome,
Thank you for being here.
Our first journey to meet an aspect of our inner child will be using the pathway of Earth and since we're using the pathway of Earth it is quite likely to take us into a time before we can remember consciously,
Into a time of conception,
Of warm awareness,
So it might be more about what was happening for your parents when you were in the womb and the first few years before you started remembering when you were still a little baby learning to walk even before that and I would like to put a focus more on this lifetime in your journey so we're not going into major ancestral and galactic fading away here,
We're staying with this body,
This journey and whatever is meant to be shown to you is information that you are ready to process.
So when you're ready just relax,
Breathe in deeply and just follow the path of your breath through your nostrils in and out in a relaxed way.
You can feel the breath coming through your nostrils,
Going through the back of your throat,
Down your throat,
Into your lungs,
From your lungs you can feel the oxygen spreading all over your body,
Being carried by the blood into every last fingertip,
Toe tip,
Hair tip.
Just breathe,
Focus on the breath coming in and out of your nostrils,
Filling your body,
Activating your body,
Being aware of this case being Earth.
You are moving Earth and your breath,
Your life,
Your soul is what makes this alive,
Is what makes this move.
When you're ready close your eyes,
Exhale and just observe what is going on in your body and we'll start from the toes.
You observe the sensations and just let them be.
There's nothing to resist,
There is nothing to hold on to,
There is just curiosity,
Curiosity of what is going on in the landscape that is contained by the parameters of your physical body.
And put your attention on the right toe and let it go and we move on onto the next toe and then you kind of almost dance through the four toes,
You're just like a piano.
Put your attention and let it go,
Move to the next one,
Your attention to the third right toe,
Let it go,
Move to the next one,
Fourth one,
Little one.
And you allow your own attention to creep up your foot almost like a scanner,
Going through the ball of the foot,
The sole of the foot,
Your heel and just observe what do you feel there.
Do you feel any tension,
Any tingling,
Any movement?
And you just breathe out,
Let it be,
Let it go,
Quite neutrally,
Just with a lovely kind of curiosity and being in this time just for you.
The attention moves up through your right ankle,
Through your Achilles,
Slowly,
Slowly moving up through your calf,
Reaching the knee,
Scanning through the knee,
Taking a little break there,
Seeing what's happening with your knees,
The bones,
The joints,
The skin on top,
You feeling any temperature changes,
If there's any pain,
Just let it be,
Accept it,
Soften it,
Surrender more.
With every exhale you surrender more and you fall more and more into a relaxed state.
From your right knee,
The attention slowly,
Slowly,
Cell by cell moves up towards your hip.
And as you reach the hip,
You again just curiously observe.
There's almost like a pleasurable aspect there of putting your attention in such a concentrated form into yourself.
And from your right hip,
We move down to the left toe.
You feel it,
You can tense it a little bit and let it go.
And then dance through the little toes,
Attention on the second,
Let it be,
Attention on the third,
Let it be,
Attention on the fourth and then attention on the little toe and let it go.
And you start slowly scanning through the ball of your foot,
The sole of the foot,
The heel,
The ankle,
Achilles,
Moving slowly up through your calf.
Whenever there is tension or pain or nervous twitching or any sort of movement,
You just keep breathing,
You inhale and you exhale.
And with every exhale it becomes easier,
Becomes heavier,
You feel more relaxed,
You feel more supported and you feel more stable in the structure.
Your attention now is reaching your left knee and we take a bit of time here to explore.
You can tense it a little bit and let it go.
Appreciate the bones,
The joints,
Everything in and around it.
The knees will take you into the future and make you make the next steps.
So it's important to have them lit up and moving.
So if you're feeling anything falling off there,
Any little blockages,
Just breathe them out and let them be.
And trust that you just having your awareness on that already moves,
Already changes and already transforms the experience of you walking into your future.
As we're going more and more inside and into the past,
The attention moves up your left eye slowly,
Lovingly,
With a lot of care,
Gentleness and tenderness and curiosity.
Reaches the left hip as you did by the right hip.
You stop there for a moment and just put attention to your hip,
Your pelvic area,
Your genital area,
The structure,
The bones,
The skin around it and any stories that come up.
And we'll take a little moment to just stay here and allow all the movements that are stored in that part of your physical container to come to the surface in silence.
And we'll continue our journey up through the stomach,
Your sides,
Your lower back,
Your spine,
Middle back,
Your ribs,
Your organs,
Inside of your stomach,
Inside of your chest,
Moving through the torso to the shoulders.
And we're putting the attention to the right fingertips,
Moving,
Tensing,
Feeling the right fingers and thumb,
The right hand and relaxing,
Letting it go.
Scanning the attention through the wrist,
From the wrist to the elbow,
Letting it go,
From the elbow to the shoulder and relaxing more and more.
Moving the attention now to the left fingertips,
The left thumb,
The left palm and hand,
Moving it a little bit and then letting it go.
Scanning through the wrist,
From the wrist to the elbow,
From the elbow to the shoulder and sinking a bit more back,
A bit more down into the support underneath you,
Into the support of your body,
Into the relaxation inside of your body.
Moving the attention through the clavicular bones,
Up to the throat,
To your jawline,
Relaxing your jaw,
Relaxing your teeth,
Relaxing your tongue,
Moving up towards the nostrils,
Your cheeks,
Your ears,
The back of your head and like scanning through your head,
Middle,
Nose tip,
Top of the ears,
Your eyes,
Your eyelids,
Everything you put your attention to has a moment of joy,
A moment of awakening,
A moment of recognition and validation,
Like a remembering and then it just relaxes.
Let it go,
Your attention has power.
Moving up towards the eyebrows,
The forehead,
Inside in the brain,
The back of the head and you finish at the crown and as you get to the crown,
You feel a gentle opening,
A flowering happening just on top of your head.
Might feel like a little tingle,
Might feel like a little pulsating,
Might feel like a little bit of a tension headache if you're not used to it or it might feel quite open and free but there is movement happening there.
We will allow this to open in its own time,
In its own pace,
However much is available,
Out of free will.
If you need to yawn or shake or tense or burp,
That's all good,
That's just releasing,
Body releasing.
As this space just on our crown,
Just on our top of our head is opening like a flower,
It is your flower,
So we'll put attention to what kind of a flower that might be.
Do you see a color?
If that would have a color,
What color would it be?
If it would have a smell,
What would the smell be?
The shape,
The softness of the petals.
It could also be a cactus,
Who knows,
Cactus flowers are beautiful too.
Just observe what's coming for you.
If you don't get a visual as such,
Just feel the tensions on the top of your head,
On your face,
On the back of your head and sense what your hair feels like.
There should be a little bit of a tingling happening.
All right,
That space is open.
Thank you and now we take the same flower that was on top of your head and move it through the central column of your body.
So this same flower just moves down through your head,
Through your throat,
Through your chest,
Through your stomach,
Through your pelvic area and stops at your perineum,
Underneath your bum and there it grows a little bit bigger.
Part of it moves down your legs,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your heels,
Filling up your soul.
So you also have two flowers underneath your feet.
Both of the soles of your feet have these same flowers and we put our attention back on the one just underneath your bottom and allow it to spin and grow.
So even if you're lying down,
It feels like you're sitting on a flower.
You're on this cushion of your grounded,
Beautiful root energy,
Expanding it,
Kind of polstering it up and securing.
It's anchoring you in the here and now but it's also anchoring you in the infinite time.
So again,
We notice it's a self-exploration.
It's a journey of what is true to you.
What is your experience of yourself?
If this flower that you are safely,
Supportedly,
Lovingly sitting on now had a color,
What would the color be?
If you can distinguish the type of flower it is,
What type or style of flower is it?
If it has a perfume,
A life force,
An expression,
Maybe even emotion,
What is it?
What do you pick up?
If you're feeling little movements and tensions in your upper thighs,
In your buttocks,
In your sacral area,
In your lower stomach,
Just let them be and let them fall into this flower.
So you still keep breathing calmly,
Naturally,
Without any force.
The breathing is just happening and you're noticing what is going on in your lower belly,
In your upper thighs,
In your buttocks,
In your genital area,
Around this activation of a cushion,
Of a flower cushion.
And we just observe and allow all the movements to happen and settle.
If your mind starts bringing up stories,
Getting distracted,
You just bring your attention back to the point of your perineum and hold it there.
The more you focus in this area in your physical body,
The more brighter,
Lighter that point of focus gets.
It's almost like a white laser beam.
It is also the center of this flower.
So your focus spreads from distraction to the focus point of perineum through the support system of this flower structure.
If your mind starts calming down a bit and the distraction stories are not from the past or from any mental distortions like paranoia,
You might start seeing sacred geometry about a radius of three to ten meters around you.
So you start tapping into the higher mind.
So let all that be.
It's very fascinating and beautiful,
But it's not actually the intention of our journey for this moment.
But just let it be.
There's so much inspiration floating all around you once you just quiet down and you anchor it in.
So now we're actually going on a visual journey.
So your flower takes you to a meadow.
It's like your own personal flying carpet.
So it's a flying cushion.
Takes you to a start of a beautiful meadow with a path ahead of you and you feel relaxed,
Refreshed and ready.
You feel prepared.
You feel safe.
You have your protection egg that you activated before with you,
Around you.
You are totally safe.
And we set an intention to go and visit the earth aspect of you.
To go and see if the subconscious imprint of your life from the moment of conception to about three years old.
If any of those moments in time want to experience your love and attention,
Want to be acknowledged,
Validated,
Just loved.
So you step off your flower and you start walking down the path.
It's a lovely,
Warm,
Comfortable,
Sunny day.
The meadow goes infinite both ways and ahead of you,
You see a mountain.
It's a nice walk.
There's a bit of forest.
There's a bit of flowers.
If you see any movement or animals,
Just take notice.
If they don't come talking to you and they're just in the background,
Just take notice.
They are all messengers.
They all carry meaning personal to you.
If any of them wants to come and actually interact with you,
You ask the three times,
Are you for my highest good?
As you walk down the path,
It starts going,
Sloping a little bit down and the nature around you changes a bit.
It gets a little bit more rocky and you might see crystals.
You might see cliffs,
More sand.
It gets a little bit drier,
A little bit hotter,
A little bit more rocky.
You keep walking.
You keep admiring the different shades.
There might be drawings and you start nearing a cave.
As you're walking towards the cave,
It's at the bottom of the mountain.
Pay attention to what is happening.
How big is the entrance of the cave?
What does your mountain look like?
How do you feel as you approach this space that looks dark?
At the entrance of the cave,
There's a gateway,
A door that is open for you.
What does the gate look like?
What does the door look like?
What does the first step into the cave look like for you?
And you continue and descend down into the mountain,
Into the earth,
Into the cave.
Your path is comfortable.
You're going,
Stepping into the darkness,
But you're not scared.
You know and feel that every step is steady.
Every step appears in front of you,
Even if you cannot see it.
It's a safe descendance.
As you go into the darkness of the cave,
Of the earth,
Of the womb space,
It feels like a warm hug.
You're safe.
You're held.
The temperature is just perfect for you.
And inside the cave,
All of a sudden,
You start seeing light,
A glimmer of light.
So you walk towards it and you reach the light and a whole different world opens up.
There is light.
There is joy.
It's almost like a child has created their magic wonderland inside there.
There is cute little animals and colors,
Toys,
Foods you like to eat.
The ideal dreamland escape of a child.
Utopia.
It's heaven.
Whatever the concept is for you,
Just observe.
So you're a little bit gobsmacked.
You're standing there after your journey and you're just taking it all in.
And there might be things that don't make sense and yet they are there so clear.
Like how can there be a bright sky and sunshine inside a mountain?
How can it be so soft and lush and happy and beautiful?
What does joy look like?
So this glimpse of your inner world is created by the Monad.
It's pure innocence.
It's pure joy before it's separated into ego and personality.
So just take it all in.
See what's there.
And you walk into the very center of this creation,
Of this visionary spark and you sit down and relax.
As you sit down and relax there,
You might have moments or memories,
More emotional waves going through you that are being released and processed through your body from the time of the womb,
From the time of you being a tiny,
Tiny infant,
From your first steps,
From your first words.
As you sit there,
As an adult,
You are still in the consciousness of yourself right now with all your knowledge,
All your wisdom,
All your life experience,
But without the burden.
So in that space,
Of the innocence,
This innocence washes over you,
Washes through you and reminds you of a part of you that came in innocent,
That came in powerful,
That came in as a choice,
Came in with so much hope and inspiration and confidence and faith and truth.
And it just allows that all to wash through you as you are.
It's almost like your DNA,
Your cells are getting a reboot and a beautiful sparkling light is just moving through your toes,
Up to your nose,
Your head,
Your fingertips,
Washing through,
Clearing,
Purifying.
This time in our lives is when the soul is most open and most able to see,
Hear,
Communicate with the spirits,
The guides,
The unseen realms.
And because the child is coming from pure love,
From pure source energy,
It only knows love.
So it's up to you now if you would like to ask,
To connect more with your guides,
Your support crew that is there all the time,
Even now,
That is the clearest in this unconscious stage of our lives,
Or if you would like to connect and experience more yourself,
Any fragments,
Any moments of little scares,
Little fears can get frozen in time.
You have the opportunity now to defrost any shock from the moment of your conception to about three years old.
So you can ask,
You can ask to be shown,
You can ask to meet your guides or yourself or anything that your body and mind is ready and open for you to see,
To connect,
To build a relationship with.
So what we're going to ask in this space of being purified,
Being journeyed,
Being innocent,
Curious,
Relaxed,
Is may I be shown what is for my highest good in this moment to connect more with the quality of earth within me,
Quality of stability,
Security,
Structure,
Materialization.
And as your heartbeat quickens,
Your breathing gets a bit faster,
You just sit back again and relax and wait patiently and see what comes.
It is time to return,
So thank your messenger.

Just receive it,
Look at it,
Remember what it is,
Put it in your pocket and we'll start leaving this place.

You open it up,
You've activated it in your heart.
It is always there,
This space,
And we trace our steps back from the center of this magical world created by a child,
Created by the child inside of you,
To the edge of the tunnel that leads out of the cave.
You start walking up,
Every step is steady,
You feel the warmth still around you,
You start seeing the light of the outside,
And you emerge,
Your eyes are still closed,
You emerge out of the cave,
It's almost like you're waking up from a dream,
But you're still inside of the dream,
And you start walking through the rocky crystal sparkly filled area towards the lush meadow with the cute little animals and whoever else is floating around there.
You see your flower cushion waiting for you,
Ready to take you back.
You walk,
You sit down on your cushion,
You're with your hands in front of your heart,
You bow,
You say thank you,
And your cushion is taking you back into this right moment,
Into your room,
Into the space where you are with your physical body.
You feel the anchoring in,
You allow the flower cushion to close,
Go into a bud,
You allow the flowers underneath your feet to close,
Go into a bud,
You allow the flower on top of your crown to close,
Go into a bud,
Your energy alignment,
Your physical alignment is clear and clean and centered within,
You have a better understanding of who you are,
What is inside of you,
The magic,
The joy and the sorrow,
Everything.
When you're ready,
Take a few deep breaths,
Wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes,
You can leave the safety bubble,
The sparkly egg shape there,
That is good to have anyways,
All the time,
Move your face,
And when you're ready,
Slowly,
Slowly open your eyes and welcome back.
As this experience is still fresh in your memory,
I'd strongly advise to write it down,
Not think,
Not analyze,
Not process or make sense of it,
Just journal and write it down,
And then have a beautiful day,
Rest,
Eat,
Sleep,
Be with yourself,
Socialize,
Whatever makes you happy,
And then a while later,
Maybe tomorrow,
Do the analyzing,
But allow the space of ease and being for your own insights,
For your own realizations to drop in.
