
Introduction Safety Capsule For Inner Subconscious Journeys
When you start expanding your awareness through meditation or any guided journeying you might encounter influencers to your psyche and energy you were not aware of previously. In this guidance, you get an experience of how to deal with them and how to relax so you can observe and navigate your awareness expansion in a safe and protected space.

Hello.
Welcome,
Beautiful being.
Thank you so much for being here and having the courage to step on this beautiful journey,
A journey inside yourself.
And we're going step by step.
But as we're going,
There's there's certain safety precautions to take as with any journey within and without.
So the first thing which we will be doing here as well is to just put ourselves in a little capsule of safety.
So I'll guide you through it.
And another really,
Really important point is,
As we are diving into the subconscious through different carriers to different pathways,
Sometimes you might meet beings.
And as these beings come to you and speak to you or want your attention or want to play with you or scare you or whatever,
However,
Whatever comes up,
Whoever comes up,
The one thing to remember within yourself is to always ask three times,
Are you for my highest good?
And sometimes it happens that the first two times they might even,
That's my experience at least,
They might even lie a little bit or try to deceive you a little bit.
But there seems to be some magic in asking three times.
After three times,
The truth kind of penetrates through.
So whenever you meet a being in your inner realms or you feel the presence of a being,
You don't have to see them.
You might hear them or sense them.
Just ask three times and wait for the answers.
Just patiently wait for the answers.
And usually what I've noticed in the past in my shamanic journeys is if they're not for your highest good,
They kind of tend to explode or disappear or just have a little hissy fit and go away or just melt into nothingness quite calmly.
So you don't have to be scared of anything.
You are more powerful than any of these beings.
You are shining the light of awareness into the darkest corners of your own shadow.
And we're going in and out of oneness and polarity.
So we're breaching different realms and all of that is inside of you.
So just safety wise,
Please ask three times whatever beings come to you if they are for your highest good and wait for answers and then proceed from there.
The ones who are not,
They will disappear.
And the ones who are,
They might join you.
They might have a gift for you.
They might just bring some good energy.
So let's just start with that.
And safety wise,
I'll just guide us through a really short little energetic setup,
Which I ask you to do yourself every time before each one of our meditations.
So when you're ready,
Sit comfortably or lie down comfortably with a straight spine.
So straight spine,
Relaxed shoulders,
Relaxed back.
It can be on the floor.
It can be on the bed.
Whatever feels comfortable for you.
If you're lying down on a hard surface,
It will be easier for you to be connected to your human body,
To your consciousness in time.
If you're lying down on a softer surface,
Then you're more likely to kind of dissolve a little bit more,
Like you're on a cloud,
Like you're dissolving into the oneness.
So just a little difference.
If you're sitting on a chair,
You're also in a very good position to start your journey individually.
So if you're wanting to work on yourself specifically,
Then sitting down with an upright spine is the best way.
If you're feeling like you're needing a little bit more support and relaxation,
Then lying down is the best.
And you can also change throughout.
You don't have to be locked into one position.
You can start sitting and then lie down when you get tired or lie down.
And once you feel more energy,
Then just sit up and enjoy.
So once you've chosen your position,
Just take a few breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth with a sigh.
And throughout our meditations,
I'll use this beautiful little singing bowl,
Sound bowl,
To mark the end and the beginning.
So the beginning sounds this.
It's just to clear the path and mark the beginning.
And in the end,
It's just a notion for us to fully come back.
So as you're inhaling through the nose,
Out of the mouth,
Can be with a sigh,
Can be with a noise.
Start directing your breath more towards your belly,
Into your belly,
Going the belly forwards,
Feeling it and exhaling like a wave.
With your next inhale,
You feel the belly forwards and sideways.
And you just let the breath go naturally.
The active part is to inhale with your third inhale.
You push the belly out forward,
Sideways and into the back,
Into your kidneys.
You massage that from the inside and you let go.
Just a few natural breaths more into the belly.
So we're going to do about five,
Six breaths in silence,
In your own speed,
In your own tempo.
And as you breathe still into your belly,
You feel the breath is pulling you down.
It's going into your buttocks,
Into your thighs,
Into your knees.
It's drawing the attention down to your calves,
Through your heels,
Through your feet,
Down into the earth.
You're grounded,
You're supported.
And as you anchor in,
Into the earth,
Into the core of the star,
Into the heart of the star,
You also open up straight up towards your highest point of remembrance.
So your human body is kind of in a bit of a light beam.
It goes from the ends and beginnings of times,
Upwards,
Down into this very moment,
Through your presence right now in this lifetime,
And into the center and core of earth,
Your playing ground.
And now,
Once you've anchored your alignment in,
We're just asking for healthy protection.
So visualize,
Or imagine,
Or intend,
Or ask,
Whichever way of communication is best for you,
For a protective capsule to be put around you.
It is the color of white,
Luminescent,
And within that kind of egg-shaped capsule,
It goes two meters underneath your feet,
Three meters above your head,
And on the sides,
Just a little bit further than when you would stretch out your arms completely on either side.
So you're completely in this bubble.
Feeling-wise,
For those of you who are more tactile,
It feels more like plasma or slime that children play with,
Not just air,
So it has a density.
And in that space,
You are love,
You are innocence,
You're free,
You're safe,
And you're protected.
Anything that is not in that frequency just bounces off.
Feel free to just enjoy experiencing what it feels like to create energetic safety for yourself.
And I'm going to ask a few questions,
And just notice what your first initial answer is,
That is your truth in the moment.
That may change if you keep doing this meditation down the track.
So how do you feel in that bubble?
What is the smell there?
If this space would have a smell,
What would the smell be?
If this space would have a temperature,
What is the temperature?
Is there any air movement?
Is it still?
Just really get tactile and sensory with the energetic space that we have called in to protect you.
Get really familiar with it,
Because that is what your safety feels like.
If you would run your fingers through the space,
How sick or thin is it?
Is there an extra layer of hardness,
A surface,
A material?
It's all your unique experience.
And when you're familiarized yourself with it,
We're doing a few strong inhales through the nose.
And as we exhale,
We anchor it more in,
We call it in more into this body and this embodiment.
And we exhale strongly,
Almost like through,
Not gritted,
But almost like breathing out through teeth,
Like like a shushing,
Shushing,
Shushing sound.
So when you're ready,
We'll do this three times just to anchor it in.
Sharp inhale and anchor it in another one.
And last one,
Strong inhale.
And with that,
You're ready to journey.
This capsule can stay with you and you can do it in the morning,
In the evenings,
As a practice anyway.
It will become more natural,
But to be activated it needs a little bit of your love,
Your attention.
And when you're ready,
